Khawar Truly Cares About His Customers Honest, Efficient, and Reliable I came in with an emissions warning light, and Khawar, the owner, helped me right away. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything clearly. His diagnostic fee was very reasonable compared to what the Honda dealership wanted to charge. What impressed me most is how much Khawar genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to show me the exact parts he ordered and walked me through the cost, the tax, and the final total so everything was completely clear. I felt informed and supported the entire time. He is also extremely efficient. My car was handled quickly, and he made the whole process stress-free. You can tell he truly wants to help people and do his best. I recently needed a safety inspection for a car I purchased through an auction. The vehicle didn't have a license plate or current registration, and I didn't want to risk driving it. Khawar kindly came over with his diagnostic equipment and performed an initial inspection at my place. He explained exactly what needed to be fixed for the car to pass inspection. During the inspection, he discovered that the signal lamps weren't working properly and needed repair. He then took the car to his shop and fixed the signal lamps. Since the car hadn't been driven for a while, it also needed at least 50 miles of driving before a smog check could be completed. Khawar drove the car for about half a day to make sure it reached the required mileage so he could perform the smog check. This level of service is truly a one-stop shop experience that's hard to find anywhere else. Most shops aren't willing to go the extra mile or provide this kind of customer care. Khawar handled everything from start to finish. He personally made sure my car passed both the safety inspection and the smog check so I could move forward with registering it. I believe Khawar provided outstanding customer service and made the entire process much easier for me. read more

Thank you, Muhammad. I brought my son's car in for a transmission fluid change, and you recommended a few additional services after noticing a vibration when stopping or starting the car. It made sense to take care of them now since they're important and far less costly than a major repair later. That's the mark of a good mechanic. I also took my wife's Toyota Prius to you, and you found a few issues there as well - including broken front struts, a needed transmission fluid change, and brake work. Khabarovsk is a good guy! He knows what he's doing. Highly recommend him. Honest guy and very generous. A little pricy but I don't mind since the job that he did was amazing! I was looking for a car mechanic who could do a car inspection for me for a potential car I was going to buy. Called this shop up and Mohammed picked up. He told me in detail what the inspection would include, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. Everything was up front and honest which I apprecated. The inspection price was also very affordable compared to other shops I called in the area. I Got busy at work so couldn't make the appointment but had my wife bring in the car instead. Like 9/10 times, most car places will take advantage of women when it comes to auto repair. Thankfully, this was not the case with Mohammend. My wife said he treated her with respect, was very honest with her during the inspection process, and gave her detailed findings and recommendations on how much each repair would cost. Mohammed conducted himself with complete professionalism, provided excellent customer service, and is an honest auto mechanic. Kudos to Kharwar - An honest and reliable mechanic. He takes good care of our cars and watches out for our budget. His repairs have kept our cars reliable. Howard is a top caliber automotive technician, and a man of high integrity and easy-going demeanor. With over 20 years of experience there are very few problems he hasn't solved. I previously worked with him for many years when he was an employee of a different shop and I'm so happy that he now has his own facility! I can always rely on competent diagnostics even of the most complex issues on, all types of vehicles, even the European brands which usually require dealership service. No wonder several large franchise car dealerships, utilize his services as well when their internal shops are too busy! Got car towed here and Was quoted 375 for a starter replacement, mind you I diagnosed it myself. Get there to pick up the car and he tries charging me 150 for a diagnostic and the total price came out to 850. Talk him down on the diagnostic for a total price of 750. Starter - 375 and Labor 150 per hour plus tax. DO NOT COME HERE read more

Jesse was the one that I spoke to and at the end of the service, he told me that they had checked my break fluid for me (without me needing to ask) and recommended that I come back in a year to get it flushed out since it was still good at the time he checked it. Fast forward a year, I came in and spoke to Jesse again and asked if he could check my brake fluid to see if it needed changing. He kindly did so and was honest with me and told me that my brake fluid was still good and did not need changing and that I could probably push the service a little longer. Keep in mind, this second time I came in I had no other services done. Their honesty and fair prices have definitely converted me into a regular customer. I will be bringing my vehicle here for my maintenance oil changes because their prices are better than the previous place I was going to.

Then over the winter, Chris' team returned because I wanted my garage refinished. I had 70s paneling and broken/crumbling dry wall. Considering how much time I spend in my garage, I can't believe I lived with such an eye sore for so many years. I gave Chris the hard task of wanting smooth walls, and if you know...that's a whole lot of sanding. His team came through and delivered! I love the new paint color on the walls, and no longer despise my garage. Oh, and also want to mention that he also patched up a bunch of holes inside my house (from electrical work I had done) and matched the existing wall texture and paint. This is definitely a must-come shop for car maintenance. I definitely give 5star. I'm currently doing an internship in Silicon Valley, and my car's front bumper was falling off while the passenger seat wasn't working properly. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon, and to my surprise, the entire repair was completed in about an hour! The service was incredibly fast, efficient, and good price. Other places will have taken days to do the same. My front bumper is attached back without issues!!! My car was suffering from some serious diagnostic issues. I thought about taking it to the dealership but I'm sure we all know how much of a hassle those can be. Instead I found this mechanic shop and the owner was very helpful. Along with my diagnostic issues, he fixed certain issues that I personally was not experienced enough to notice.
