THIS IS NOT A FALSE REVIEW I BOUGHT A RED AUDI A7 FROM HERE! LOOK AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU…read moreTHEY HAVE AN F. Avoid Platinum Car Sales - Complete Scam Experience Bought a car here (RED AUDI A7)and it's been a nightmare since day one. * Fuel system issues started almost immediately after buying -- expensive and still not fully resolved. * They installed terrible, unsafe tires that were already worn and cracking. * The suspension is bad all around -- clearly never inspected before sale. * The car has active leaks, which were never disclosed. * There was a scratch on the body that was never mentioned before I bought it. * I asked them to fix a mirror -- they literally glued it on and stuffed paper behind it. Totally unacceptable. * They claimed the car had "full maintenance" done -- it absolutely did not. Filters, fluids, everything was untouched. * I also had to buy tires within a month of owning the car! * When I asked for help, they refused to fix anything or offer any compensation. * I couldn't return the car because it was just past 30 days and outside lemon law coverage. Worst of all, their mechanic is a total scammer. They find the cheapest way to patch things together just long enough to sell you the car. It's clear they either don't know what they're doing, or don't care. Do not trust this dealership. I regret buying from them, and I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. I bought an Audi a7 these are just some of the things I've already done in a year! MAKE SURE YOUR MILEAGE IS ACCURATE, THEY FIX EVERYTHING ON THE SPOT AND GET A PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION!

There were plenty of photos from all angles including the interior and engine. The photos were clear and I could tell a great deal about the car due to the high resolution pics. When I contacted PJ's I spoke to Danh who was friendly and responded courteously to all my questions. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and confident that it would perform well since PJ's Automotive is also a maintenance shop. I came from over an hour away to check out the car. I was relieved to see that the photos represented the quality of the vehicle accurately. I also appreciated that their facility was clean and well maintained. As soon as I finished the test drive I was sold on the car. I went to the RMV down the street and picked up my plates. PJ's was able to recommend a local station to perform the inspection and I drove it home that day. The vehicle has been running smoothly and I am very happy that I bought it. Overall, the experience couldn't have gone any better. If you see a vehicle at PJ's Automotive that you like I recommend that you check it out!

Currently carless, I checked out their inventory online…read more I sent a preliminary application along with a good size message about a specific vehicle and what my current situation is. I woke up the next morning to a reply that simply said "sorry sold" with nothing else in the body. I would assume a business that wanted my money would respond with something akin to "this particular car has been sold but maybe we can help you find something else", or "let's discuss other options and if something else in this price point comes in we'll let you know." But two words with not so much as punctuation? They clearly aren't interested in new business. I'll go elsewhere.
