It was listed as "open box", and the price was so low that I was hesitant to order, wondering if this was legitimate. I confirmed everything with them via email and, finally, ordered the item. I received it in a few days and couldn't have been more pleased. Apparently "open box" was, basically, the same as "brand new" to them. Original box, packaging, paperwork, everything as if I had received it new from the factory. I can't recommend them enough. I, honestly, hope I need another of their items in the future, just for the pleasure of dealing with these wonderful people. Six stars.

When items that are taken and in very good shape never show up after the sale I have a problem with the honesty of this place. When I called to inquire about a beautiful rocking chair that never showed on the paperwork I was given, I was told that rocking chairs don't sell so we put it in the dumpster. That is a lie! I had people wanting to buy that chair for years. This is only one example of how this place steals your things and sells them for themselves. Again, I can't stand a thief or a liar.
