She gave specific instructions on where to park, (Children's Place, District 1) so it would be the most convenient outside entry to walk in and be right by the store. I went in dropped off the watch and picked out the font I wanted & wrote my message. That part took about 20 minutes. It was done same day and turned out BEAUTIFULLY! Cost only 30$!!
