I am afraid this place did not live up to my expectations. Service here is 5 star and that was great. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The wine list and drinks choices are also excellent. The food however is not so great. Perhaps it's the choices I made but I was not impressed with my main course or dessert. I had the Südtiroler Teller to start and this was really good. A variety of cold meats and cheese with nice bread. The passion fruit risotto main missed the mark for me. As I always say mixing sweet and savoury is an art and unless you do it just right it does not work. The scampi and scallop that was on top was cooked to perfection but the overall taste and flavour of the dish was ordinary. The yogurt dessert was also the same and missed the mark in terms of flavour and taste. The coffee here is excellent. I will probably come back and try something different and hope it lives up to its expectation. The ambience and service is great and that alone will bring me back.

There is only one word to describe this place....favoloso !!! The whole experience is fantastic and deserving of two Michelin stars in my opinion. The owner / chef here is at your table taking food orders and also ensuring that your special needs are catered for. They also have a good range of choices if you are vegetarian. The service here is top class. The waitresses speak three languages and whilst their English is not fantastic they make every effort to communicate with you in English, Italian or German. The food here is to die for. The small courses in between like, the liquid pizza, Piemonte ball with anchovies and the modern Apfelstrudel were just divine. My entree of Pastry, Foiegras, smoked eel and foam was fabulous as was the baby lamb shoulder main. The Passionfruit caviar with mango Eis was my favourite, as the Eis was made with Alphonso mangoes from India and was divine. It was delectable journey of intense flavours and clever cooking. The wine list is extensive with 400 some odd wines on the list and, many whites and reds from the area. The petit fours that came with the coffee were also excellent. Also you can have some food here, there are some small sandwiches (fish, meet and vegetable one)... The bruschette are also very good. Questo é uno dei miei locali preferiti in città, il mood è molto tradizionale scuola veneta, i il vino è abbastanza buono e relativamente economico. Si può anche mangiare qui, ci sono dei piccoli spuntini, semplici pezzi di pane accompagnati con pesce o carne p vegetali. Qui fanno anche le bruschette che sono particolarmente buone.
