We headed to our lane about 20 minutes after arrival. This bowling alley was set up differently than any other I'd ever seen. There were a few steps down to bowl and the tables were behind each lane. There was no seating near the lane. I ordered a chicken quesadilla which was yummy. The chicken was in some type of sauce bursting with flavor. I also tried someone's chicken wing and it was hot and delicious. It was very loud which is to be expected, plus they had a small arcade. Our server was friendly but I think a little overwhelmed as we didn't see her as frequently as I would have liked. Free bowling for adults & children, free pictures with Santa & Mrs Claus (they provided two copies per family), free popcorn, free breakfast & drinks (waffles, eggs, potatoes, apple juice), free face painting, character balloons, prizes, gifts & kids could also paint their own bird houses. She just said here you go and handed us those cards. I asked what is this and she said your refund.... That is not a refund that's like store credit. And we wouldn't have minded that if she just communicated it was non refundable.
