I walked into a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Once you exit the lobby area and go to the back, the lights are dim. The changing area was clean, there was a locker to put my personal belongs in, and the robe and sandals were super comfy. There was a shower and a toilet and a waiting area outside the restroom with an electric fireplace on the wall. The massage itself was super relaxing and enjoyable. The woman who did my massage spoke softly asking me what areas I'd like her to focus on and what would be included in my massage. She gave me clear direction and privacy. She was firm, and worked out a knot in my shoulder and did a full body massage. There was calming music playing softly. At the end, they gave me a cup of tea to drink while I changed. I was not rushed in the beginning or the end. I would absolutely love to come here again one day for another massage. The main thing that stops me from getting massages on a more regular basis is the cost!

I was warmly welcomed when I walked in and quickly slipped off my boots and into some comfy slide sandals. After a quick intake, my masseuse allowed me to slip under the drape onto the toasty table. We sat in the lounge until we got robed up and all had incredible massages. My lady was attentive to my preferences and I loved that the bed was heated and you were given heated eye masks. I do wish they had bigger bathrooms (only one stall and one shower) and also wish the lounge was in a more secluded area. Regardless, this is the place to be!

I hadn't a had a facial in years, I was looking forward to this. Earlier in the day while grocery shopping, either my wallet was stolen or I misplaced it. I knew that they had this no show policy where they charge you if you don't come. So I called and told them what happened, that I had no way to pay, considering it was Sunday and there weren't any banks open. I was willing to come in and have the facial (I wasn't technically no showing) I just couldn't pay them at that moment. I was stuck, I had no idea what to do. Then they have the audacity to ask if I could borrow the money from someone!!!!!!!!!!!! Um no, I am a grown woman, I'm not going to go ask a family member to loan me money for a facial. The girl says, "ok well I'm going to talk to my manager about the circumstances and I'll get back with you". It is now five days later (no call from anyone) and guess what comes across on my account. A 59.00 charge for no showing. Actually now that I'm sitting here thinking of it, I gave them my card information when I made the appointment so I wouldn't be bothered having to stop at the desk after a relaxing facial. WHY DIDN'T THEY REMIND ME OF THAT , when I was desperately trying to think of how to pay for it. They certainly didn't forget about my card on file when they wanted to charge me 59.00 for not showing up, but didn't even think of it when considering solutions. Then the final nail in the coffin, they send me this email, asking how my facial with Erin was..................

Curious, I booked a free consultation, just to learn more. Cara talked me through the laser process, as well as packages that they offer. She immediately put me at ease, and I ended up getting my first treatment that same day. I was so happy with the process that I returned a couple of weeks later for laser on another area, this time with Donna. She likewise wowed me with her knowledge, expertise, and welcoming demeanor.
