Kim was my nail tech, and I asked about the color she was wearing - a very pretty light pink. She said they had it in gel, but dipping powder would last longer and was better for my nails. I told her I'd had powder before, and that it had turned out thick and lumpy. She promised she would do it thin and natural looking. I know - I'm a grownup and could have said no, but I bought the upsell. She kept her promise and did a beautiful job! My nails turned out great and I couldn't be happier. I start to notice there's some mysterious black fluid swirling around in the water right before I start to place my foot in. I bring to the woman's attention. I use my phone light to illuminate it. All she says is I didn't put it there. Well, no duh. I don't care how it got there. I don't want it on or around or touching my feet. I don't knowing it's a toxin, bacteria, poison, mold etc. She refused to change the bag and add new water. WTF???!!! She just kept standing there looking stupid at me. "Do you understand I don't want this. Can you change this?" She walks away. Don't come here. The other woman working there watched and offered no help or assistance. The two techs were polite but, despite the fact that there was only another customer, my nails were filed really quickly and without consideration. To get it fixed, I had to point out that painting over a few cracked spots would make the polish chip immediately. I wasn't going to leave a review despite the service being just ok right off the bat because the application felt smooth. However, it's been 3 days and my nails are already noticeably chipped in a few spots and I'll have to remove my nail polish after work. Then 50 minutes later, someone else walks in and asks how long for a walk in, they tell her to have a seat, they'll be right with her. Wife stands up and asks "how much longer". I think they forgot about her. Worse, they had the nerve to say "five more minutes" because there was another (third) walk-in who they said they could do fast but my wife's would take a long time. (She was getting manicure + gel tips.) Yeah, um, no. If they had said "come back in 2 hours" at first, or even "sorry, it will be longer than expected" when we showed up at the requested time, I would have zero problems. Walk-ins take that risk. But not forgetting while WE ARE SITTING RIGHT THERE, and helping others, then even saying they will do the fast ones first? HELLLLLLS NO. (Plus you know damned well it would not have been 5 minutes.) After "the look" from my wife, they take her next instead of the "quick" one. I was of the opinion we should leave because it is clear they do not actually give a shit about customers. But we waited nearly an hour in the salon after wondering around the mall for an hour, so she wanted to get the work done. End of day, the nails were OK, not great. read more

I needed a last-minute polish change for a photo shoot and the technician did an excellent job. In fact, she made my nails look better than they did after the manicure I'd had earlier in the day at a different salon. They still look great and they've taken quite a beating over the past few days--10-hour shoot day, in and out of airports, and general running about. No chipping whatsoever. I appreciated that the technician took extra time and effort to make everything just right even though I was a walk-in at the end of her day. 5 stars for Nina! She did my pedicure and did the design I wanted and checked on me constantly through the pedicure. She was very present, skilled and meticulous. She didn't do sns dip when I saw her but did gel otherwise I would have wanted her for my manicure as well. I will request Nina whenever I go. Kelly did my manicure. She was nice as well but she was definitely distracted at times and I felt the manicure would have been done sooner and with more care if she wasn't . See the pictures I post of my pedicure (Nina) and manicure (Kelly). Kelly did my 4th fingers with the design going the same direction which seems odd to me. She seemed to rush my drying after she started the design and there was no hand massage. It even a little one. I did not feel as cared for but then again I had just seen Nina. I would say that Kelly does a good enough job, is very nice, and I don't have bad to say about her at all. My style is not I. Line with Nina. Nina also waxed parts of my face and again was caring, meticulous, and thorough. I will happily return to this salon and recommend it to you. The manicure took longer and I was ready to leave the salo. Because my boyfriend had already been waiting for me. Jason is great. It stops there. I have been coming here from Everett for the last year. The last few times I've come here (with appointment) from Everett, and I sit in a chairnfor 45 minutes because they're too greedy to let a walk in walk out the door. Then they rush my pedicure so they can get to the next walk in. I complained to the owner Kimberly who could care less and makes it seem like it's my problem and there is no ownership whatsoever. Went to the Salon and they were awful. They cut my sisters thumb and couldn't stop the bleeding and told her they didn't have bandaids and wrapped a paper Towel around it with a elastic band and told her to go shopping and come back if it didn't stop bleeding. And made her pay for her gel manicure. We watched and all they did was take a wet paper towel and wipe down the station she had got blood on. ‍ We went to the doctor 2 days later because it was red snd swollen and the doctor said it was the start of infection so she was treated and put on a antibiotics. OK so although I said I would never come back - a friend was treating me to get my nails done and this is the place she goes. Needless to say - even though it was a free manicure for me it wasn't worth it. The shellac was yellowing and peeling off within days - instead of lasting 7-10 days!! So now that I have tried this place a couple of times I can truely say this is the worst place to get a shellac/gel manicure that I have found around.... I don't get the bad reviews... I went to another nail salon with much higher reviews and left with bleeding painful cuticles. The woman was so fucking harsh... I wasn't expecting amazing here as I had to get my nails done and go shopping at the same time. Two birds in one stone. It's not luxury but for $14 what do you expect? I got plain clear French for $5 more and and then $5 for tip. Cheap as fuck. Jason did my nails and I guess after that murderpedi anything felt great. He was careful in trimming my cuticles and was good at shaping the French tip. I didn't bleed! Their supplies don't look super clean but I'd prefer less sanitized stuff and people who don't make your nails bleed over sanitized stuff and bleeding painful cuticles. I came here after a long day at work needing to get my gel nails removed and a simple manicure (just one coat of clear paint.) I'd come here before for my birthday for a mani/pedi and was treated fabulously. I was with a woman who made me feel like a million bucks. I live in Waltham so this is out of my way but I thought - totally worth it. I was greeted by a young receptionist who took me in right away. She asked me to pick out my color and I waited. An older woman wearing a pony tail and wedged sandals asked me to come over. She was not friendly in the slightest. She seemed incredibly put off by the fact that I had gel on my nails (even though I made that clear at reception.) she rolled her eyes, sighed a lot, and spoke to another woman in her language and mentioned the word "gel" many times. I get it. It's a pain to take off. I felt bad and kept apologizing. After the gel was removed and the manicure was almost complete, the manicurist asked me to pay first. Totally standard. I handed her my credit card and she said "we don't accept credit cards for less than $20." I checked out front and there wasn't a sign posted that stated that. I went around the corner to the Bank of America and took out $20 and was charged a $3.00 fee. Ok, fine. I know it costs money to run a credit card. However, I got back in only to find out that my manicure was $19. $19?!?! With a sour attitude and one dollar less than the minimum? On top of that, when I quickly left to get the money, she had already started working on another customer. I told her I did NOT want her painting my nails. She just shrugged and said "ok." I love, love, LOVE getting my nails done. It's a luxury. I work for a nonprofit so it's genuinely a treat for me. I can honestly say that this was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Ever. I would give a negative rating if i could.... Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!! Despite the negative reviews, i decided to give this place a chance. It's also the only nail salon open late in the area. It was a treat for my 10 year old niece and my sister who suffers from myotonic muscular dystrophy. This is our thing, and has been for a while, so not our first rodeo. I thought $27 for just a pedicure was a bit steep, since many places do manicure and pedicure for under $30, but i had already promised them this outing, so I had to keep my word. The experience was ok, pedicure was very basic. They offered my niece a design on her big toe, which is something she usually gets anyways. My sister then followed suit. Normally when an extra service is offered, a extra sur charge is also communicated. No mention of anything extra at this point. As I stated earlier this was not our first time in a nail salon and not our first time getting a simple flower pattern "design" (essentially 5 extra white dots)on the big toe. I have never been charged for this, especially when its offered by the person doing the pedicure to a 10 year old girl. I understand if it's an intricate pattern with wild colors and gems, but not for 5 extra dots. I got the bill and they had charged me for this so called "design service". I argued the point of not having been made aware of the extra charge at the time it was being offered. They said they would refund me the amount of the extra charge, but would then remove the design from my 10 year old niece and handicapped sister's toe! I couldn't believe what I was hearing! On principle, i took my money back for this so called "design service". They then forced my niece and sister to sit back down in the chairs so they could remove the design.....Monsters! If I was made aware of this at the start, this whole situation could have been avoided, but the way it was handled was highly unprofessional. I wasn't expecting much at a nail salon, but this was just straight up rude. I asked for the managers name, and was brushed off by the woman at the front desk. She then gave very vague answers like, "sometimes the manager is here and sometimes she is not" in very broken English. The only information I got was that the manager's name is Kimberly, and the rude woman who ruined our evening was ironically called Cookie. I will NEVER return to this disgusting establishment which has no regard for customer service or human decency for that matter. You WILL regret that $27 shitty pedicure if you come here. read more

Over the years I have been to this salon a dozen times or so. They aren't great, but they are convenient. I went in for a pedicure today, their basic one, and I probably won't go back. I opted for the basic pedicure. The technician did not ask me any questions about what I wanted to be done, and that was ok with me, but I did keep an eye on things. The filing was very rough - I know the file needs to touch the skin, but it hurt. I never had that happen before. When I mentioned it, she seemed annoyed at me, but that's just my take on it. I had my own flip flops, so after the base was applied she picked up my shoes, which was fine, and paid no attention to how she put my shoes on. One toe hit the shoe, so I made sure the base coat wasn't impacted. I feel that this technician paid little to no attention to what she was doing. One big toe nail is cut slanted. I'm not sure if it had to be done or was just carelessness but it would have been nice if she at least communicated. So after this experience, I am hard pressed to go bak again. There are plenty of other, better places in Natick/Framingham to go. read more

Don't bother giving this place a chance. I paid $115 for regular polish signature pedicure and gel manicure, before tip which is absolutely fine if it means quality. But absolutely not! They use the cheapest nail polish on the market and the quality of work is very very low. Half of my fingers have bleeding cuts on the cuticles and on the other half they didn't clean at all. On top of that you can see my old nail polish color on the corners of the nail.... And some of the nails have bubbles and dust baked with the gel polish, not to mention that there is gel all over my cuticles... please save your money for somewhere else. read more

I really, REALLY love this place (and my nail girl.) I have been coming here for years and they've always accommodated so nicely me as a walk-in client but more recently I have been making appointments to specifically request the manicurist that I prefer. I've rarely, if ever, had anything but an awesome experience with any of the staff. I am actually surprised (and almost offended) by the negative reviews here, so much so that I had to make a Yelp account to post an actual, honest review. I had to go months without my lovely gels because of the pandemic forcing salons to close down but boy, am I happy that you guys are back! Welcome back! I highly recommend this salon, they're nice and clean -- tools are in sterilized pouches and individually packaged. I gave this place 3 stars not because it was bad, but because it was way overpriced for what it was. I don't typically frequent nail salons in malls but I was in the Natick mall and I was in desperate need of a manicure/pedicure. I came in told them what I wanted and they were able to take me in right away no waiting. The place itself isn't overly nice, there're lots of pedicure chairs, decoration was fine, nothing fancy. I sat down in the chair and the guy who was going to give me my mani/pedi handed me over a book that lists the prices and descriptions of the different pedicure options that you could pick. I was stunned to see that a basic pedicure was $27, and that does not include any kind of callus removal/scrub. I ended picking the next level up which is $37, mind you, I can easily find places in Boston that do Mani AND Pedi for around $30 bucks. So was not happy about the price, to say the least. What my $37 gave me was a regular pedicure, plus callus removal/foot scrub, brief foot mask, and hot stone massage. It was pretty nice, but again I wish they had other options because I don't necessarily need or want all that. After my pedicure, I received my manicure, which was very basic, no complaints. For both mani and pedi, I paid $51, I gave him a $10 tip because I always like to tip well. So the total for everything was $61. Sigh. I would not come back, not because I had a bad experience, but I would never pay that kind of price again, I'll stick to my nail salons in Boston that are way cheaper. read more

I like this place! I've been going on and off for years and have never had an issue because they do great work at a reasonable pace. The only complaints I have are that their salon is a tad dim, so it's hard to see the nail colors when you're trying to pick them out, and the prices are on the high side(I paid $70 for a basic pedi and gel manicure). The worst manicure experience I've experienced thus far. I went in for a simple polish application and left convinced that this place is not only over-priced, but they are highly inconsiderate. 1) The guy filed my nails too quickly, leaving ridges on the edges of most nails which, would have caused a breakage had I not gone back and had them buffed by a very unfriendly and unconcerned individual. 2) On top of that, the guy was very adamant about putting an acrylic tip on one of my nails (go figure, that's how they make the most money). Not only did he put it on incorrectly, it did not even match the other thumb and is significantly thicker and longer. 3) He did not even ask whether I liked it or not. Do they not know that customers are paying for services that they should be satisfied/content with? I went back to ask for my money back, the lady said that I was trying to ruin the manicure by touching it too much (mind you, I was feeling the thickness and irregularity of my thumbnail, which really bothered me; the polish was completely dry and there was no way I'd be able to ruin it by "feeling" it) I was accused, my nails were almost destroyed (I've spent months trying to get them long), and I was refused a refund for the services that I was dissatisfied with in every sense. I knew I should switch up my Go-To nail salon, but happened to have an appointment across the street from the Natick mall, so figured id run in and get a manicure in between time. I walk in, and not only is there no hello or hi how are you, just what do you want? A manicure. So I pick my color, sit down, and my entire manicure took less than ten minutes. Ten minutes for a manicure, normally they are a good 18 to 20 minutes, well, when done correctly. The massage was thirty seconds for both hands together, and just the palms. No fingers, arms, wrists, nope, nothing. Also that was after I reminded her about it. I wash my hands then she asked me to pay. Most places do before they paint, fine. So I take out my debit card, BUT they don't let you run a card for less than 20. So you mean to tell me every person who comes in for their eyebrows or a manicure can't use a debit, or credit card. That's how people pay now a days... so, the woman said there was an ATM next door. I said okay I'll go over after and get cash, she responded, no now. So let my get this right.. during my time of "relaxation", which is what women try to do when at a nail salon, you want me to walk next door to the ATM, which isn't my bank, so I got charged 3 dollars to use it, on top of my over priced manicure, of 14$, that lasted a whole ten minutes! Then... after my nails were painted, I dried for 15 minutes, and my nails were still wet, paint on the sides, and smudged what should have been dried had the dryer been sufficient. Sounds harsh huh? Here's the deal. I work in customer service/hospitality 60 plus hour a week. If I have someone perform a service, I expect it done well, and if anything at least be hospitable, polite, friendly, conversant, or for the love of god let me relax when I'm at a so called "spa". Don't try and sell me other services like a gel manicure, or pedicure... when you can't even give me a decent manicure. The woman was nice, but nice doesn't pay my bills, or anyone's, I want what I'm paying for. After the 14, plus 3 from ATM, plus 3 for a tip, because in hospitality that's what you do, I get a smudged manicure, nail polish on the side of my fingers, anddddddd.... carry all my stuff over to the dryer that also didn't do a good job! I double checked when walking out, no sign that says there is a card minimum, or that they don't accept mall gift cards either, (yet in the mall) Yeah the place looks nice, but would you eat a cake that tasted like c**p just because it looked nice. I stopped by yesterday for a pedicure and gel manicure. The ambiance of the place was nice, and on a Saturday afternoon, they were busy but very quiet. They handed me a pedicure menu once I sat down in the chair that outlined the differences in their offerings, and I chose their Deluxe Pedicure offering ($37). My pedicure lasted for about 40 minutes. They took a decent amount of dead skin off my feet, and I'm very happy with how soft my feet feel the day after the service. The only complaint I had about the pedicure was that the polish was not applied well. I don't think the top coat was applied evenly. This was remedied easily, I just applied a fresh layer of top coat the next day (but seriously Signature Nails, this is probably the easiest thing to get done right in a pedicure). The manicure with a gel French polish. If you have gel polish on your hand before hand, the file the polish down roughly first, before soaking the remainder off. I'd rather they just let the polish soak-off but this practice seems standard. I stated that I liked the white in the French polish to be thinner than the standard width before polish was applied, which my technician delivered beautifully. I chose the second cheapest pedicure option and there was no attempt to upsell me on this particular service. The technician did suggest the manicure, and then a gel manicure when she noticed I had a gel polish on my hands -- but this was a service I normally get anyways. I did here the other technicians suggesting services to their clients, in one case, more than once. Overall, I'm pretty happy with Signature Nails & Spa and I'd go back again. They seemed pretty clean (tools used were taken out of a sanitation sleeve) and as a walk-in I didn't feel like my services were rushed at all. I paid a total of $72 before tip ($37 for the pedicure and $35 for the French gel manicure) which were comparable to the prices I've paid at other salons. read more

I came here in a rush on New Year's Eve morning for a pedicure. It was the only place that I could find open close enough to other places I wanted to stop in before celebrating the new year. I was taken in quickly after selecting a color and sat longer than I probably should have in the massage chair. I had to turn the chair on myself as it was not offered to me. A couple of employees were sitting off to the side watching a movie on their iPads. After receiving a menu, I was disappointed to see that I had to pay $37 for what I could get for $25 at my regular nail salon back home. The hot stone massage wasn't hot at all. The lemon scrub was nice but to be honest, for what you pay, it's not worth it. The polish came out perfect but it chipped the next morning and I realized that my nails were not filed correctly. I've had many a wonderful experience here! It's relaxing, the techs are as skilled as they are friendly and fun. Michelle is such a sweetheart - she did my nails (mani/pedi) for my wedding. Absolutely loved it here. I almost didn't try this place bc of the bad reviews. Just goes to show an angry customer is always more likely to complain than a happy customer is to thank a business. Tina was very friendly and professional. She spent an hour on my spa pedicure and did not make me feel rushed at all. She checked on me throughout the visit, asking how everything was. I'm very picky when it comes to how thick the white lines are with my French mani/pedi (I like them to look more natural) and she nailed it! I will definitely be back! Thank you guys! read more

Was staying in the area for business and the mall seemed like the easiest solution for a mani pedi in an unfamiliar area. Walked in a half hour before close and was still given a warm welcome. Deluxe pedi (removal of callouses and hot stone message) was listed as $37, basic pedi listed as $27. Didn't catch the price of the gel manicure but total came out to $65. Was pleased with the quality of work. Technicians were friendly and it was refreshing how good their English speaking skills were. All tools were taken out of properly sealed bags so I was comfortable with the level of cleanliness. Overall, very happy I stumbled upon this place! Would come again if in the area! read more

The Yelp ratings explanation for the 2 stars sums it up. Passable, but I've gotten better for less money. I got the "Deluxe spa pedicure", $45 vs. the $27 for their "basic" pedicure because I wanted the paraffin and scrub. (Hey, it's my birthday this weekend, I was going all out!) The pros: Atmosphere is nice, and shop seems very clean. I really wanted to just zone out for a bit, and my pedicurist was totally fine with that, and I read my Glamour in peace. The lemon scrub she used was awesome and smelled REALLY good. My feet are definitely noticeably smoother. My polish looks good. The cons: Fairly small selection of colors for a place that's basically a nail salon. The billed "hot stone" massage wasn't great, a little half hearted, the stones weren't that warm, and wasn't all that relaxing. Some of my nails were cut/filed crooked (which I couldn't tell until the polish was on). The chairs were massage chairs, but she never asked me if I wanted to turn it on, so I wasn't sure if I was supposed to or not and didn't use the massage function. The most annoying, though, is that she nicked my toes in two places. Not bad enough to bleed much, but definite noticeable small cuts on the inside of two of my toes. Overall, not a bad experience, but with a lot of other options in the area, I doubt I'll be going back. read more
