SCAMMER Mark McCall took $3100 from me in September 2021 to replace the panoramic roof on my 2008 Mercedes SUV. He said if I did not give him the money I will have to wait for the part from Germany and he miraculously found a place in the states that has it but I had to pay for it in full. the following week he said it does not come with the plastic insert part and that was more money. He never replaced the cracked panorama roof and it is now Jan 2022. Every week he gave me a new excuse, his daughter has cancer treatments, he's driving her to Orlando, he's at the eye doctor, his wife wants a vacation away from him working so much. I can't bring the part because it has to be kept safe. I told him I was going to call Martin County Sherriffs Dept. And he said he was there at the sheriff's office putting in glass right now. He constantly lies. He is a master at lies. He sent me pictures via text with him posing with a random piece of glass stating he had my part and not to worry. HE SCAMMED ME and HE MUST BE STOPPED. I Contacted Mark several years ago to replace a boat windshield. He gave me a quote and in my kitchen he asked me for a 3000.00 dollar deposit. I didnt feel comfortable but he said he has been in business here in Fla forever and told Me there were alot of scammers in Fla . I trusted him and wrote the check, then he vanished . I found him years later in Indiana and called the police. They said could only do anything if came back to Fla . Appparently he is still around , Stay far far far away from this person. read more

I had an unfortunate window mishap at 11:30 pm on a Saturday night. Not sure if it was a bb gun or just stress break. I called Mark and left a message because his ad said he would be open on a Sunday. To my extreme surprise, he called me back within 10 minutes of my voicemail. I explained my situation and he said he would be happy to help but he could not get the window until Monday because all suppliers were closed. I was so happy that he was willing to call me back at midnight to reassure me he could help. He came to my house on Monday and replaced the window!! If I could post no stars I would. Back in April, 2021, we called Mark from Signature Auto Glass to fix our weather stripping. Mark is a man of a million excuses. Finally in July, we asked for our $380.00 deposit back since he couldn't seem to find the parts. Well to this date, he still hasn't returned our money. I would not recommend this business for anything. It's a shame that he needs to take advantage of senior citizens like that. read more
