Joe did an amazing job. He knew exactly what needed to be done to get the windshield replaced. He scheduled the repair in a timely manner and replaced the windshield within the appointment time scheduled. He provided a lifetime warranty which hopefully will not be required. I feel so lucky to have found this business. My sunroof broke and I took a chance driving 40 minutes from Stuart to them. Not only did they make the repair I needed right away, but they were incredibly kind, professional and didn't even want to charge me! The trip was definitely worth it. I highly recommend them. read more

I must say I was highly impressed with this company's 5.0 star review rating. I cannot tell you as how difficult it is to maintain a 5.0 rating when dealing with customers as we come in all different mindsets and personalities, but now I know why he has a 5.0 rating. I have an 11 bmw 328i that I just bought that needs some tender love and car and was having a horrible water leak in all 4 sides. I'm talking about puddles. I did a quick google search and God led me to this company. I called and told them my issue and they told me that I could immediately bring in my vehicle for a free water test. The lady on the phone was attentive and friendly. I immediately took my lunch break to drop off the car. As soon as I got there the gentleman named Joe immediately stopped what he was doing and came to me to do the water test. He could clearly see that the sunroof was clogged. He gave me the price to have it unclogged, mind you I have had a sunroof clog issue with a previous car in the past where they blew out the drains and that was it, but Joe advised me that there is a correct way and a wrong way of doing things and the way he does it is the correct way, not cutting corner to avoid causing issues that could be prevented by not choosing the easiest, cheapest choice. I gruntly agreed because who doesn't want cheap and easy lol, my pocket was crying lol, but I rather have someone do it the right way and avoid the hassle of going the cheap route. I immediately left my car around 10/11ish in the morning and he said he would have it done the same day, as he did. He closes at 5pm and stayed late to finish the work along with another worker who was also pleasant and knowledgeable. i picked up my car around 7ish if I'm not mistaken. Took my car to the car wash and noticed that there was still water leaking into my vehicle. Sent Joe a text along with a video and he immediately told me I could bring it in the next day early morning and he would take care of it. The next day came and his work was perfect! He ended up finding another issue with the car that I bought. There was an accident on the door that wasn't repaired correctly and that was causing the water to get inside on both sides. I got a car report and in fact, there were 3 accidents... sigh. Anyway, this had nothing to do with the job I paid him for, but he still spent time on my car finding a way to temporarily fix the issue so that my car wouldn't get water in the meantime. He and his worker were so kind and graceful enough to say that they were going to build a special piece for me to have the issue resolved permanently and that I could drop off the car on Monday, it being Friday. He and his worker stayed until 7ish working on my car since he had a long day. I want to say that this is beyond amazing customer service. This is a man of God & you can tell he cares for his customers. He isn't trying to rip them off and doesn't take any shortcuts in his work. You can also tell his coworker has the same heart. They didn't have to stay late or even think of a way to fix my issue the way they are, but they cared and felt bad and are helping me. I felt so bad that I didn't have the money to leave a tip and he said don't worry about it. This company has won a customer for life. I will be bringing my car here for anything that he can do for sure and will be recommending him to anyone I can. I decided to leave this LONG review to tell everyone why this company has a 5.0 rating which is almost near impossible to get and maintain. Amazing! Thank you Joe and the other gentleman that I didn't get your name. God bless you guys and bring you so much work that you won't know what to do! read more

Woke up this morning to my windshield being broken. Needed it replaced same day and they were able to get it done for me. Its a place a little hard to find but the good shops seem to be that way around here. They went out of their way to drive and get the windshield I needed and were able to get it done in a decent time. It came out clean and looks good. Very happy with how everything is looking. Also they were all professional and making sure I was happy with everything. Definitely five star. read more

Awesome Business! I had to replace my front windshield on my car, however, after countless of high quotes from other auto glass companies I decided to call "Auto Glass Solutions" not only was it after hours, Joe called me back, to my surprise sensing my frustration he gave me an excellent price to replace my wind shield-he came out the next day it took less then half-hour. Joe and Beverly were quick, professional and I highly recommend this company. It is hard finding good business like this. thank you! Auto-Glass Solutions read more
