Ended up being super expensive. They were having trouble using my logo which I never had a problem with at other places. She needed it in some unheard of format I believe it was called vex format. It was not easy to get ahold of them. The work was never done. After a month of going back and forth I finally got my refund but she kept 15% of what I paid even though no work was done. Only go to this place if you are not in a hurry to get your products and if you want them to create your logo, lastly if you're okay with a bunch of added fees. -biggest problem was their Lack of communication.

It came out exactly how I envisioned it to look, and it's all thanks to their hard work, vision, and encouragement. On top of designing an amazing site (and being incredibly responsive throughout the process), Sally and Stefan coached and supported me through every step, including the anxiety and uncertainty of finding the right language/images/and themes to portray my services. I am a new small business owner just beginning the process of getting launched. Specifically, I'm a mental health counselor, so my work can feel hard to describe and also pretty personal, making the process of creating my website vulnerable at times. Sally's experience working with health care tech companies and amazing eye for design, Stefan's professionalism and technical expertise, and both of their extreme empathy and understanding were so appreciated in navigating these challenges. If you're looking for an amazing website and an incredibly supportive team to get you there, Los Gatos Design Studio is the place to go. I can't speak more highly of them.
