I reached out online and told them how much pain I was in. They took my pain seriously, emailed me back quickly, and booked an appointment for me with short notice. I was embarrassed because I knew my teeth were in bad shape. But everyone I talked to from beginning to end was so warm and friendly that I felt comfortable right away. After Dr. Schoening examined my teeth, I was referred to an oral surgeon (who was also excellent) to deal with some teeth that couldn't be saved. And Dr. Schoening came up with a plan to get my other teeth in good shape. I had a deep cleaning, which must have been a real chore for Dr. Schoening with how bad my teeth were. But Dr. Schoening never made me feel ashamed. He made sure I was physically comfortable as he worked, and he did an excellent job on my teeth. I'm so relieved to have found such an excellent dentist, and the entire team is incredible. My teeth feel and look a lot better.
