The place is poorly organized as far as layout, employees could…read morenot look more miserable with their jobs, so many machines not functioning at all, and the place is overall pretty grubby. I think the most frustrating part is the clientele unfortunately is comfortable with leaving washed clothes in the washing machine while they do other hordes. About a third of the washers are full, actually over full with clothes that have been sitting for at least 30 minutes? Frustrating. Anyway, it's not too expensive and it was not in a dangerous neighborhood so there's that. I will not be back.

Now the floor is littered on a weekday morning with toothpicks, wrappers, dirt, lint, etc. The washing machine was of good quality, but the inside of the soap dispenser was caked with many layers of old powdered and liquid soap. Instead of cleaning, the attendant was outside, talking to a friend who was seated in her car, or on her phone at the desk. What a shame. Who likes a dirty laundromat?

The prices are very fair! - most machines are all working, unlike lots of other places that will have 25% ore more not working here it's about 90% or more working. - the facility is kept well clean - the staff here are AWESOME!! very polite, friendly and helpful!! - lots of parking in the strip mall. You can also park in front for short periods to load/unload. - vending with soaps/drying stuff and food/drink - free restrooms for customers - tons of carts to use - all machines are either coin OR card. I was over here last night to dry some clothes when our dryer broke around ten o'clock. Thank…read moregoodness that Laundry & Tan Connection is open until midnight. Lots of dryers, most of them in working order. Huge place that was mostly clean besides all of the spent dryer sheets lying about that other patrons failed to place in the waste baskets. In addition to the hours, I love that there was an attendant on duty. Felt safe here unlike some of the other laundromats I have been to in the past. TVs, vending machines, change machines fully stocked as well as a bill exchanger. Automatic doors are a big help when hauling baskets of wash in and out of the building. Sitting areas, some with tables. Not too crowded at all, but enough washers and dryers to accommodate many people at once if they were there. I was also happy to see that the tanning area was still open. I would be reluctant to tan while my things were in the wash, as I had my laundry stolen once years ago when I left it unattended somewhere else... but it is nice to know this is there. I had tanned at the place that was previously in this building back in 2008. I still had some tans left on my account when I moved away for awhile. This building sure has been expanded to a much larger business since those days. A good addition to Speedway. I am a little afraid to tan too often with all of the warnings now, but I might go and check it out soon.
