I could not be happier with my company truck wrap from SigmaGrafix. They had the best prices in town and they were so easy to work with!

I absolutely was, and I did all of the obligatory deep dives into Yelp, YouTube, and Reddit threads for literal months while waiting for my delivery date! Yep, that also meant the should I/shouldn't I PPF rigamarole, but we erred on the side of caution and went with it, just to Safety Sally it all. Once we dove in (oh, you utterly wretched Fremont, California paint!), I knew, for sure, that XPEL Austin was my jam! There are lots of great places in 512 that have equally great Tesla reviews, but something about XPEL Austin clarion-called me in, and I def made the right decision! At the risk of making this a novel, allow me to quickly paint the picture: Hubby and I headed to Baton Rouge for the first half of Spring Break, and the delightful Kristianna arranged for our fresh new Tesla to be delivered from our garage to XPEL's huge and modern place on Metric. I only had to add the designated driver, Johnathan, as an approved driver on my app, and, by the by, he got her there with my 99% safety score still intact! Thanks, dude! The service went above and beyond from there! Kristianna kept us totally informed throughout the process, Kristofer was a totally killer PPF maestro (we went for XPEL Ultimate Plus on the full front, plus rockers and pillars), and Ivan masterfully applied our tint (we went for XPEL Prime Plus in 30% on all windows, and clear XPEL Prime Plus on the huge windshield). I must admit that we occasionally peeked in on their work with Sentry Mode! Please don't judge! Lol! They were all truly excellent! Our TWIZZLR looks absolutely gorgeous, and she really enjoyed her XPEL spa day. The price was extremely fair, to boot! I couldn't possibly recommend the good folks at XPEL Austin more highly! Thanks tons, y'all!

A few years ago, at the recommendation of the North Austin Porsche dealership, I took my Porsche to…read morethis shop and had the hood, the two doors, and the side view mirrors covered. It wasn't cheap. I was told that if it looked bad, it would be replaced at no cost (by the previous manager Kristianna Garcia who no longer works there). Since then, I have had quite a few dings. I'm not at the point where the whole thing needs to be replaced, so I didn't think I'd have a problem. I called and asked if I could possibly have a few little pieces that I could cut to try to fit over the open areas, and the person I talked to, said they couldn't do that, that I could come down and they would take a look at it. That's an hour or an hour and a half, just one way. I asked if the manager could could just mail me little pieces, and the manager had said no--and he said they couldn't do that. I even offered to send him a self addressed stamped envelope, and he declined. I told him I would not show those pieces to their competitors, and they still wouldn't agree to it. So I told them when I was finished, I was going to write a review, and they weren't going to like it. But it's the truth. What I think looks bad, they may look at it and say it didn't look bad. So it's relative? Again, all I am asking for is a few little scraps mailed to me. If you're going to have work done here, just think about it. If you have problems in the future, you may run into a bunch of excuses.

For starters the previous owner turned off charging tax to clients and when the new owner realized he wasn't collecting tax he threatened to charge myself and the tinter to deduct it from our checks. I fixed the problem. And told the owner I didn't appreciate being threatened because of his lack of knowledge. Secondly, he's collecting tax on labor which is cheating clients. It's is NOT a retail business, it's a service. You don't pay tax on labor, secondly if you want to collect tax on tint you have to have an itemized receipt. Once I brought this up the new owner didn't care about what's right... he doesn't know tax laws. Please stay away from this location. Go to Round Rock or the Austin location where the ownership has a clue. If you've been to this location in the past month and paid money I would fight the charges. You have been taken advantage of.

This is a great crew of guys. They were incredibly patient and helpful while I was deciding on which product to go with and what tint level to select. My truck came out great and they knocked it out quick on a Saturday morning. I've already recommended them to a friend who will be using them in them in the near future. I highly recommend these guys!

The film I initially ordered wasn't even close to the sample, and they charged me the full roll price ($1,500). Ceramic coating was skipped entirely, even though it was supposed to be included with my PPF package. The windshield tint I scheduled was never installed. Installers soaked the driver's door and ruined the door switch - Tesla had to replace the entire door panel (luckily at no cost to me). Cantrail PPF was scheduled four times - in every single appointment, they either didn't have the material yet or had the wrong material. After all this, I'm still waiting for a refund for the unused roll of PPF that was the wrong color, which is still sitting at their shop. Save yourself a lot of time and go to a reputable PPF installer as close to you as possible. Extremely disappointed after spending almost $9,000 and months of my time.

As you probably know, Teslas are notoriously bad when it comes to paint chipping (IMHO it's a small price to pay for a self-driving rocket-ship) so even before we took delivery of our new Tesla, we began searching the internet for what could be done to protect our investment. Luckily we found Alset. What sold us was the fact that they work exclusively on Teslas so they know what works best for our specific brand of car. We were blown away from the moment we walked in the Alset shop. Scott and Sue were terrific. What really impressed us was that we never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. They simply offered solutions tailored to our specific driving conditions and vehicle usage. It felt like the kind of advice you'd get from a trusted mechanic friend. To add a cherry on top, Scott works for Tesla. He was so kind and gracious about answering all of our geeky "new Tesla owner" questions. My hubby and I opted for the CyberShield combo along with some mudflaps to protect the side of the car from rocks (thanks Scott for the suggestion) and man are we glad we did! We were so pleased we even added on a front windshield and side window tint. The car looks fabulous and they got it back to us on the day they promised (whaaaat???!!) Needless to say, they've got a customer for life. If you're looking for the best to care for your new Tesla, we 100% recommend Alset for their superior knowledge and service. Elon would be proud!
