Sigafoose and Jackson is truly my happy place. I've been going there on and off for nearly 30 years, but recently I've made it a priority to go weekly because I simply feel better when I do. Whenever I develop a kink or discomfort, they help straighten things out quickly and effectively. I've also seen the difference in my family. There have been times when my oldest daughter's back becomes noticeably crooked -- you can actually see it. Yet after coming to Sigafoose and Jackson, she's straightened out before we know it. She follows the exercises they recommend and maintains the treatment frequency they suggest -- and just like that, she feels like herself again. One thing I've learned: if they recommend exercises to do at home, do them. Those small exercises have made a huge difference for me. When I forget to do them for too long, I start noticing issues again. The reality is, we work as a team. I couldn't be as healthy without them, but I also do my part. I truly love the Sigafoose and Jackson family and am so grateful for the care they provide. read more

I have been a patient at Sigafoose & Jackson Chiropractic since June 2012. On my first visit I met Dr Kevin Jackson and his wife Dr. Selena Sigafoose Jackson. The staff took my X-rays and I had my first explanation about my back problems as we discussed what my X-rays discovered. I had a curvature of my spine. I asked if they could and would they help me return to my, normally, athletic lifestyle. They said that Chiropractic would help me return to the physical activity that I loved. I have returned to some athletics (except I can't run). I still swim and walk, so that I have not gained any weight. The staff is equally responsible for the good positive attitude that I sense when I go the office for my adjustments. The staff is always smiling and ready to cheer a person up if they seem down in the dumps. I have never experienced nor heard any patient moan about being treated poorly. read more

I thank God every day for the car accident that led me into the office of Sigafoose and Jackson. I had headaches for over fifteen years that were never diagnosed. Seeing every medical doctor in York County only helped me to hide the pain with antidepressants and powerful prescriptions. What I learned from chiropractic is that "pain is a gift from God" which tells us something is wrong. I would like to thank Dr. Jackson for not only helping me get off all the drugs that temporarily hid my pain but also for finding the solution to my headaches (and my TMJ and knee pain). I now live pain free and can live life again! Don't wait for a car accident to go to the chiropractor! See what chiropractic can do for you NOW, so you can live life to its full potential! read more

Dr Kevin took care of my daughter, 2 granddaughters ages 2 and 4 as well as myself. Dr Kevin listens to your concerns and addresses each one. My two granddaughters both had ear infections and were in pain. Dr Kevin adjusted my granddaughters and gave them a laser treatment. Both girls slept well that night. The next day my oldest granddaughter said Dr Kevin made me better my ears don't hurt. Dr Kevin you are her hero. I gave her a glass of water she drank and then said Dr Kevin said drink up. Saylor is listening to you and that is so important to reach our little ones. Thank you immensely. Angie, and the rest of your assistance are top notch. We are extremely pleased with the care we receive from Sigafoose and Jackson Chiropractic. Thank you. read more

I genuinely love this practice. I was recommended to Sigafoose Jackson by a friend and it's been the best experience. I went seeking relief for constant headaches and migraines and that's exactly what I got! It took a little while for Dr. Kevin to work with me and figure out what my body liked and the adjustments that worked best for me but once we got it dialed in I have felt fantastic! Not to mention all of the staff members are so kind and welcoming! You can tell that Dr. Selina and Dr. Kevin enjoy what they do and are extremely well versed in the practice. I would highly recommend Sigafoose Jackson to anyone and wish I could clone their practice for my family back in Western PA. read more

With a diagnosis of scholisious from a child I've been to several chiropractors over the past 40 + years, some of which are very deceiving or demanding and charge large co-pays or just about the $$. I CAN TELL YOU FIRST HAND THAT THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE! Drs.Kevin & Selina are a God send, I've never seen two more compassionate Chiropractors in all my life. The care and compassion they show towards their patients' well-being is very rare to find anymore in this world! Infact even when I hadn't been there in a while with the while covid thing, I recently went back and it was like I never left!!! THANK YOU Dr's. KEVIN & SELINA FOR ALL THAT YOU DO! read more

I went for my first appointment in August of 2025, and have been going weekly for a year now. I have gone to several chiropractic offices before this, and have never experienced chiropractic care as great as this. Before moving to York County, I asked my last chiropractor for a recommendation, and they highly recommended this office. Now, I recommend this office to others, and as a result, my wife, father-in-law, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law are all regular patients as well. Also, my newborn gets checked, and they have safe techniques to help ensure proper development at these early stages, if guidance is needed. read more

Drs Sigafoose and Jackson continue to help me regain a quality of life I thought I'd never have again. Desperate for pain relief I thought I'd give chiropractic a try. It was the right decision for me. I've been following their chiropractic program for 6 short months and in that time I'm back out walking my dogs, riding my bicycle, doing my own yard work and looking forward to retirement so I can "get out there". Bottom line, I look forward to living life with the joy and energy I thought I'd lost. read more

A very damaged body from car accidents leaving my cars totalled and me with a fast degenerative disease that takes more away each year. Great chiro care has improved my ability to walk, and lessened my pain. My treatments were decided on after going over the xrays they took and an overall assessment of my problems and needs. I'll never work again or ride a horse or bike, but I go shopping and can cook. They make my restricted life easier to deal with. read more

I highly recommend this chiropractic team. They are very good at what they do. They truly care about your overall health. I've been going to Sigafoose & Jackson for nearly 20 years. With neck and back issues, the treatment has been consistently effective. They have absolutely earned my confidence and trust, and they are as compassionate as they are skillful. The entire staff is fantastic. Despite having an understandably popular practice, I never feel rushed in their care. Highly recommend Sigafoose & Jackson! read more

Always kind, understanding, and will take care of individual needs no matter how busy ! My only struggle is the first come first serve setup, but that's been mitigated by their texting service. If I want to make a phone call etc I can wait in my car and they will send a text when my name is up. Great addition to the services. Always make use of the laser as well, it works wonders! read more
