I came strictly for a massage, which I clearly stated during my previous appointment and again when I arrived. Despite this, the chiropractor insisted I get an alignment I did not need. When I politely declined, her entire demeanor changed. She went from smiling to visibly irritated, telling me my insurance "wouldn't pay" unless I received her service. I told her I was willing to pay full price for the massage only. Instead of respecting my choice, she walked away mumbling, shaking her head, and acting completely unprofessional. What happened next was even worse. She called the receptionist over, and both of them looked out from the room they were in, stared at me, and laughed. I have never seen a so‑called professional behave this way toward a patient. It was disrespectful, immature, and absolutely unacceptable. I will always listen to my body and refuse services I do not need just so someone can bill insurance or secure a paycheck. This behavior was appalling and showed a complete lack of professionalism and care. If I could give a zero‑star rating, I would. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the two young ladies who provide the massages are amazing, respectful, and truly professional. They deserve recognition, even though the chiropractor's conduct overshadowed the entire visit.

He immediately figured out that the orthopedic docs were treating the wrong part of my back. Tight muscles in my mid and upper back were puling my hips out of line, causing the lower back pain. I felt relief after the first treatment and 3 months later, I felt great for the first time in almost a year. During one visit, I was wearing a wrist brace. A different orthopedic group told me to wear it as needed because surgery to fix my wrist could make things worse. I even sold my motorcycle because the wrist pain was too much to bear while riding. Dr. Czop asked about my symptoms and began working the muscles near my elbow. Immediate relief. Turns out, the muscles were closing off the nerves and blood flow. Wish I'd asked him to look at it before selling the bike. I continue to see Dr. Czop as needed and recommend him every time I get the chance. His office isn't fancy and he doesn't have a staff, but he really knows what he's doing and cares about his patients more than any doctor I've met.
