Justin was great and up-front about pricing and going through my options. Brittany and Josh were great and flexible about scheduling, and when the patio door was ready weeks ahead of the windows, they were happy to accommodate my request to just go ahead and install it separately without any extra cost or fuss. Josh was very communicative during the install, worked fast and professionally, was happy to answer any questions I had, and made sure there was no mess left behind. A few morning sessions and everything was good to go! As for the product, I live in a condo complex on a busy major street and I work from home, so keeping out traffic and neighbor noise was a very high priority for me. We went ahead and replaced all our exterior windows, a sliding glass door, and a patio door. My partner and I are both stunned by how much quieter it is inside and it's made my home office experience much more pleasant. For energy efficiency, the difference in the summer heat has been night and day - with my old windows, you could feel how much heat got trapped between them and the curtains, while after constant checking the past few hot June days that space feels as cool as the rest of the room - even the south facing windows midday! Oh, they also look great with the bronze finish on the frames. Couldn't be happier, it was home improvement money invested well.

Wow, the single worst experience I have ever had, with any company, ever. Say no to American Vision…read moreand to Anlin Windows. I own several properties both residential and commercial, and I have never experienced anything even close to this bad. My house will never be the same because of American Vision Windows, and our whole life was completely disrupted for over a month and a half instead of the 3 days quoted, because of negligent mistake after negligent mistake some of which posed serious risk to my home and the wellbeing of my family, and time and time again management showed they could care less. They installed multiple warped windows into my home that were so warped they wouldn't open - and somehow did not realize this until after the fact - until after they cut out the old ones, and installed the warped ones. Both Anlin the manufacturer and American Vision Windows the installer failed to do any quality check. The Anlin Malibu sliding door they installed they are saying is fine, but it takes over 20 pounds of force to open when industry standards are around 3-8 pounds. Broken roof tiles and solar lights. Stucco job was terrible, completely uneven, crooked pop outs, big stucco gaps in some areas and then stucco all over the window frames in others and stucco. Almost 2 months later, every time I go outside, I discover something new that they got stucco all over or more trash that was left behind. Stucco all over my window frames, Door Trim, Patio Furniture, the wood slats on my gates, my shed, and more. Crooked pop outs, bent and broken window rails and this is just what I am left with after spending almost $50,000. Every time I look at the windows from the inside or the outside, I notice something new both from installation issues to manufacture defects. Bowing exterior frames immediately upon installation. Big gaps on the interior of the window between the window frame and the glass panes in the corners of the windows - can't imagine they will dampen the heat or sound with some of these gaps and the windows also have sloppy exposed silicone beads throughout. I would never buy another Anlin product or do business with American Vision - you couldn't pay me to do business with either. If you do business with them, it is very likely you will end up spending all of your spare time just to hold them accountable to do the bare minimum of what they said they would do, and even then, they have shown that they are not capable of fulfilling their commitments. It took me multiple weeks, calls with management, emails, just to get them to come back to address a dozen different issues. Like metal flashing left exposed and curled around that could easily slice my kids' feet or hands open. They left the exterior walls and stucco around my windows completely open for 3 weeks, exposed to water and pests despite multiple emails, calls, and texts. They did not add the required support under my patio door. They violated the terms of their own contract; they illegally kept my card on file and illegally charged my card $9,000 before the work was done and without my authorization. Work was started on March 12th, and supposed to be completed on March 16th. The work started on my home on March 12th as planned, but was not completed until April 11th and my house and windows are still littered with issues to this day... And after all is said and done, they will eventually reach out, admit that they did everything wrong, and then continue to do absolutely nothing about it. Trust me, pick a different company and a different product. If you don't want to go through absolute hell and spend all of your time documenting, taking pictures, calling, texting, emailing and being left with permanent issues - don't buy Anlin and don't go through American Vision Windows.

They backed up the installation warranty and tore out the stucco and replaced it. Now the stucco is separating from the window and cracking where it meets the original stucco, also looks nothing like the original stucco. I have made several calls and they said they would take care of it. Still waiting for them to call me back. I have had 6 other windows replaced by a competitor and the stucco has not cracked or pulled away from the window. you can't even tell the windows have been replaced.

It's been over a year since we began this process with Panoramic Doors. After having almost zero…read morecommunication with customer service and production, we have been through 2 complete vinyl replacements, 2 complete window replacements. Now we are on our second set of aluminum replacements. The issues still surround manufacturing and poor design. We've had windows delivered that were scratched in between panels, windows installed inside out, corrugated scratches from production and now adhesive dripping down each panel inside the glass pains. Finally we believed we were getting the glass panes replaced only to find out that service ordered the wrong size glass. How long does it take for a company to get it right? $15,000 for 6 panels that haven't closed right, have never looked new and glass that looks like my kids glued them together with glue sticks. This was never an installation issue, nor was it a sales issue. It has always been the worst production process to deal with. It has always been the worst customer service process. No one ever responds to our emails or our phone calls. I firmly believe that Panoramic was a great company, I cannot state that this is the same company from a year ago.

This took 4 days and the install crew showed up on time and cleaned up each day and answered my question as I watched over everything. I was worried that my stucco might not come out right, but even that was on point. I also double-checked the windows at the end and the only thing I found was a casement window that was a little sticky to open and they quickly fixed it. Regarding the quote process, Tony was easy to work with, knowledgeable about their products, and revised my order several times as I worked out the final details. I had a few concerns, like making sure that when I replaced a narrow window at my front door that the frame would not be too thick, but it looks great. Also thanks to Debbie for checking after the job (and after I paid) to make sure I was still happy. Based on the job they did at my house, my neighbor is going to update their windows too.
