A friend of ours recommended this hotel to us, and they stayed here as well. Our room was very clean and large. There was a nice-sized mini refrigerator in the room, along with a small microwave, a coffee pot with coffee, cups, etc., an iron, and an ironing board. My husband said the shower was fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to experience it for myself since I had taken a shower at home before the party and wanted to leave right after breakfast so I could watch the Rose Parade. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. They had scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages (didn't look good though), fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagels, and toast. You could also make your own waffle or pancake. My girlfriend made a waffle, and it looked delicious. The only issue I had was when I checked out. I tried to check out on the TV in our room, but I didn't see that option available. I tried to call the front desk, but I couldn't get through. So, I went down to the lobby to check out. There was someone working at the desk, but she was on a very detailed phone call and didn't even glance at me. I didn't have a pen on me or I would've written a note. I just left and then called the hotel in the car and checked out. Other than the check-out process, I really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The staff in the lobby were very friendly and efficient. They were also very accommodating. I called ahead and told them we'd like to check in a couple of hours early. The bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was very good. They were serving scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, pancakes, fruit, bagels, cereals, etc., and there's a couple of waffle makers. Price was really good and it was a great value. Highly recommended!

Overall, an amazing location for a conference with an amazing room, great selection of delicious food, and wonderful waitstaff. - Parking: plenty - they have an attached strip mall with food options if you want, but honestly their conference food was beyond my expectations - bathrooms: maintained well and kept clean throughout the day - audio: great, no issues and they provided a couple of handheld mics too - lighting & projector: great, no issues - service/waiters for empty plates: 5/5, were very stealthy and made a couple sweeps to pick up empty plates after breakfast and lunch (much better than another conference location I went to where the staff was clanging plates loudly throughout the conference) There was a drink cart set up right outside the conference room in the hall with: 1. Hot water for tea, with a selection of 5-6 teas 2. Regular Coffee and decaf 3. 3 Juice selection incl. OJ (morning only) 4. Paper cup with lid 5. Mugs and glass cups to choose from Breakfast: buffet style 1. Scrambled eggs 2. Bacon 3. Sausages 4. Assortment of pastries & muffins 5. Assortment of Fruit Lunch: buffet style, one of the best conference buffet lunches I've ever had 1. Chicken 2. Streak 3. Pasta 4. Green beans 5. Carrots - this was surprisingly a crowd pleaser, many people went for seconds, it was cooked that good 6. Mashed potatoes 7. Salad TLDR: absolutely amazing conference experience, kudos to the chef for scrumptious food and to the conference organizers for hosting it here!

I posted a few pics of 2 of the rooms - check them out if you would like to see them unfiltered. We stayed the first night and things seemed ok. A few times I thought I felt something crawling on me, but i pawned it off as in my head because I have a weird thing about bugs and Reddit only exacerbates this fear. The beds aren't very comfortable. We both woke up with a back ache. Each bed only had 3 pillows - so one person has to give up a pillow or play rock paper scissors for it. Besides that the night was fine. Quiet, dark, and temperature controlled. The next morning as I was getting ready there was a tiny cockroach crawling across the counter. I killed it, sorry to anyone who doesn't approve but I am not ok with them being where I live even temporarily. A few minutes later my boyfriend killed another that was under our stuff. Immediately I went to the front office and they said they cannot refund me because I booked through a third party and would have to go through them. They did, however, offer to switch me rooms. So we accepted that and I'm working with Abenity to see what can be done further. Unfortunately it seems that I will have to stay here again. Management refuses to admit there were roaches and we saw 3 more walking from the office back to the room (2 were already dead.) Perhaps they should consider spraying the hotel and rooms to be safe. At this point I wish I payed more to stay elsewhere, this hotel is not worth the money and the pictures online make it appear nicer than it actually is. I would not stay here again - and I'd be weary about eating at the restaurant on site. Management refuses to work with the third party service for a partial refund. They did change our room and we did not see any roaches the next night. However, there was some kind of domestic dispute there and cops were present for hours late at night. Guess there's always something interesting happening here. Do not stay at this location if you have standards. It is dirty and unsanitary. See pictures for what it really looks like, don't believe the website.

Loved, loved, loved their breakfast. It's far and wide now to find a hotel that includes breakfast in their reasonable pricing (in a "hot" spot) that serves a warm breakfast besides do it yourself waffles which I greatly appreciated. They have a rotating menu and on this day it was sausage gravy biscuits. Yogurt. Typical juices. Oatmeal. Has chocolate flavored waffle mix as well but an extreme bitter after taste. I stayed at another Best Western the night before with the sterile grey look and I felt like I was sleeping in a hospital. It still has the older decor with warm colors, wood and gives off that 2000s Tuscan feel. I knew I was going to sleep SO good there. (And I really did!) Amber checked me in, and really turned my night around. I was having a really rough night and had just finished crying in my car, too tired to even function. Amber was SO kind and chatted with me as she checked me in, I told her I had kind of a crappy experience at another BW the night before, so she made sure I had a nice quiet room so I could finally sleep. She really seems to care about her job and the guests and that was SO refreshing to experience. There is a grocery store right across the street that was great for getting some supplies. The free breakfast in the AM was actually pretty good, though the attendant kind of grilled me about what room I'm in and made me present my key which was weird. The room was very comfortable and clean. The decor warm and inviting. Bathroom was extremely spacious. I got a really good (and much needed) night's sleep here.

Filthy Room, Pests, and No Basic Standards…read more I stayed at Motel 6 Fontana on 10195 Sierra Ave. from December 21st to the morning of December 22nd and left early because I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in the room (Room 120). The room smelled strongly of urine, dampness, and stale air, possibly coming from the flooring or the bed itself. The bathroom was not properly cleaned--the tub was stained with scum from a previous guest, the sink was clogged and filled with black residue, and there was long blonde hair in the tub and on the toilet. To make matters worse, there were two roaches (that were visible) in the room. I caught and killed one myself. No guest should ever experience that. The bed sheets had brownish stains that resembled blood, which should never make it through a laundering process. As a former housekeeper who has worked in multiple hotels, I know firsthand that even a single hair found by a guest warrants a room change. What I experienced here shows a complete lack of cleaning standards and management oversight. Many people stay in motels right now not for luxury, but for rest, safety, and dignity during hard times. Money is money, regardless of why someone needs a room. Every paying guest deserves a clean, pest-free environment. This property needs serious cleaning, extermination, and honest reviews. The glowing ratings on their website do not reflect reality. I will never stay here again and urge others to proceed with extreme caution.
