Giovanni is amazing! I found out about his company randomly after searching for quotes and his…read morecompany was one of the ones my quotes automatically sent to. Giovanni was responsive, reliable, honest and fair. He was very transparent about his pricing. He came on-site to give me an estimate and started working on some of the smaller handyman jobs such as adding my cabinet and drawer handle pulls, swapping out my master bathroom shower head for a shower head with a wand. He also hung four paintings/artwork for me. He even repaired one of my drawers that were installed incorrectly. I didn't even know it but it was greatly appreciated. I plan to get more work done under him. Awaiting his quote for the bigger jobs such as living room TV wall, adding stone ledgers in my master bathroom windows, recessed lighting, landscaping and a paint job. He cleaned up after he was done and he even apologized for not having his own handheld vacuum cleaner to get a precise cleaning job after his work was completed. Can't wait to work with him again and see what he comes up with for designing my living room TV wall and master bathroom. He has stellar reviews on Google which was what made me book him. He just expanded his business marketing to include Yelp which is why there are a lack of reviews here. But his work is quality and legit.

I experienced a broken water line in my kitchen sink that resulted in damage. I quickly shut off my…read morewater valves, cut out all of the dry wall and let the fan run overnight. Unsure of who to call and how long it would take, I went on Yelp and Giovanni responded to my inquiry. After careful research, I decided to give him a try and he showed up the same day. He diagnosed the issue, determined the supply line that needed replacement and went straight to work. He cleaned the interior to ensure no mold would form, removed the wet drywall that I missed, replaced it, and painted & finished. By the end of the evening, my wall was as good as new. I also researched pricing with my co-workers beforehand (who were in the construction industry and certified in Xactimate) and he was right within the ballpark on pricing for labor and material. I would definitely call him again for any handiwork needed as I felt comfortable from beginning to end.

Have tried 4 times now to stop hear and ask questions and get some prices on there homes. We…read morefinally got there about 15 min before they close. I know it was close to closing time so we just wanted some information but the second we walked in the door the lady sitting there with her kids said they are closed and was not willing to tell us anything at all. Will not be shopping for them.

Our home buying experience was horrible to say the least. Our sales rep, Jeff, seemed nice in the…read morebeginning then turned into a rude and disrespectful person at every opportunity. I was anxious and probably difficult to deal with but that should never excuse your sales representative to call you to yell at you for putting a negative review on Google about the dealership and threaten to cancel the deal or to tell you you are hypersensitive or tell you that everyone else isn't blowing things out of proportion you are. The dealership seemed to drag everything out, had us do things that the dealership should have been doing like running to City Office to obtain building permits and other work permits or paying for work to be done with dealership checks. Also, an additional $2,000 was added to our final loan amount to cover some possible additional work that could have had to be done and ended up not being needed for that work but the dealership could not explain where it went. When I asked for an accounting of where the funds from our loan were being spent I was asked if I was going to pay them back for anything that went over. My salesman and the dealership manager, Saul, were both rude and extremely disrespectful to me because my husband and I questioned things and asked for detailed accounting and why things were taking so much longer than we were advised it would take. At one point the dealership manager refused to give me the name of the contractor they were using to do the water and sewer hookups at the house because he said I would call them all the time and make them mad and he wasn't going to give me their information. Our house was delivered on Sept 3rd and they didn't even start working on it for almost 3 weeks after that. When we started the process in June, we were told it shouldn't be a problem to get us completed before school started at the end of August. They lied to us about the dates when work was scheduled to be done, the contractors that they would be using, and refused to tell us anything about how much each contractor was charging despite the fact that it was our loan money that was being used. They even went so far as to tell the contractors that we were difficult, or should I say I was difficult, which caused the contractors to treat me the same way the dealership was treating me. The last time I spoke with my salesman, Jeff, I was threatened with them "pausing" the process even longer because we asked for a detailed accounting. We were also told by the dealership manager that they had unlicensed workers that could have done the work faster but they had to search for new contractors that were licensed. This tells me that the dealership cuts corners and uses cheap labor to pocket money. I have submitted a complaint to Clayton Homes corporate office and will be filing complaints elsewhere as well. Also, our ceiling was damaged during the move to our property from the dealership and the dealership manager refused to replace the ceiling panel and the decorative trim around the ceiling fan and instead told me that they would patch it and paint over it and we wouldn't even be able to tell. Hey Clayton contractor came to my home today and told me that their work looks like crap, his words, and that he was definitely putting in an order for our ceiling panel to be replaced along with two others that were patched and painted over and for the ceiling fan trim to also be replaced instead of covered up with trim that was meant for the front door with exposed unfinished edges. He could not believe the shoddy work that was done because the dealership refused to do the right thing. Don't ever use this dealership! Go to another location or use a different manufacturer because this location doesn't care about their customers.
