The previous coach didn't feel these two individuals would ever be able to work together as a contributing part of our "team" and bring my business forward in the future. Within two meetings with each of the individuals, Linda had worked magic! They were working together and demonstrating mutual respect and helpfulness. Linda is also helping me work through what I need after building a business for 40+ years and thinking about what's next. She is truly, truly gifted!

Linda's knowledge is extensive, her ability to quickly brainstorm and problem solve is so rare in part, I believe, because she is one of the most attentive listeners I have ever met. In our first year together, Linda has coached me through the basics of shifting in mind and practice from being an employee to a sole proprietor. I can't minimize the importance of having a knowledgeable person, someone I deeply respect, trust (and just plain like) to guide me along the process of creating systems and practices to improve how I work. Linda is that rare blend of knowledgeable, professional, and tough. What I especially appreciate about Linda is how she leads by example. She comes to our meetings prepared, printed agenda in hand, having reflected on our last session and even email exchanges in between sessions, and is always ready to jump right in. I don't make public recommendations lightly and yet this is one I offer happily and without a single hesitation after working with Linda for over a year.

She even helped me develop marketing ideas. While Deirdre is all about business, she's also --dare I say-- a life coach. Maybe it seems that way because she takes a holistic approach to consulting. She pays attention to who people are, where they want to go, where they are, and how to help them get out of their own way. At least, that's what happened with my interaction with her. If you want to do business with competent folks who appreciate you and your financial bottom line, Opal's the place to go. P.S., I suggest making an appointment, first.

I have been doing highly specialized scientific/medical research consulting for 25 years. Maile has shown me how the Asentiv principles and techniques still apply in a specialized field. What sets Maile apart is truly listening to the personality and business type of each entrepreneur and targeting her coaching and encouragement to that combination. I'm an introvert and Maile doesn't try to convert me in order to use the Asentiv approach, because the approach is all about building relationships while still being your authentic self. I've always hesitated to call my consultancy a "business" because that word has always suggested to me that making lots of money is the goal in itself. With Asentiv, the goal is to have a "spectacular life", so now I embrace the business as a means to an end. What has really changed is that I am having more FUN in my business than I have had in at least 10 years because I am CHOOSING the type of clients that are most in line with my skills and values.

Maile is all of those things. I enjoy our coaching sessions and I love how she guides me to hammer out concrete goals and the steps that I need to take to reach them. In addition, Asentiv has some great classes taught by Maile and I have learned so much. I have learned how to interact with different personality types and how to talk about my business when I introduce myself to successfully convey what I do. I am a people person and networking and getting to know people feels natural to me. It almost doesn't feel like something so fun could produce results. But it does! I have noticed a steady stream of referrals starting to happen and I love that I have a plan to help make myself successful. If you have your own business and are looking for a coach to help you increase sales and help you be more successful, I highly recommend Maile Collmer with Asentiv.

It was the most frustrating experience in my life and I cannot suggest more strongly to stay away from this person.
