Our experience with Diana Cohn was quite simply the worst I have ever had in my 20+ years of running a business. Her level of incompetence is mind boggling. She took about $24,000 from us and never produced a single thing of value. We worked with her for nearly a year and she could never get anything of value done and we received absolutely nothing from her but headaches. It was the most frustrating experience in my life and I cannot suggest more strongly to stay away from this person. We found a competent bookkeeper who was stunned at the mistakes and incompetence of Ms. Cohn. Our new bookkeeper did in 30 days what Ms. Cohn could not do in close to a year and SHE CHARGED US LESS MONEY PER MONTH. We now have a smooth bookkeeping relationship where I have to do very little. it has been amazing and almost worth the money to get away from Ms. Cohn. I literally have never worked with a person less knowledgeable about their business or less equipped to provide the service I was paying for. Stay far away if you want competence. read more

The best I've worked with out of total 4 bookkeeper/accountants for my company. Also a very good person. STRONGLY recommend.

Diana is a true gem. Bringing your business from an old school excel format and integrating to QBO can be quiet intimidating but Diana made it fun and relatively easy to do. She definitely makes you learn how to use it in a way that it is understandable and user friendly. She is quick to respond on email if you have a quick questions and overall 100% reliable. We are so happy we found Diana for our accounting/quickbook needs and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing her type of services. read more

I can't tell you how helpful it has been using Corner Office. I have Quickbooks for my three companies and it is fantastic to have an expert to call when I need help. Ms. Cohn and I had a remote consultation when I first contacted her. She gave me the impression that she would be able to help me with my chart of accounts. I am a serious novice to QB Pro and I had another "accountant" supposedly clean up my chart of accounts and he made it worse! When Ms. Cohn first reviewed my chart of accounts she told me that she would be able to help me fix it up and help me to understand why it was messed up to begin with which would help me to go forward and do things correctly. She explained that she had a 5 hour help session or I could pay by the hour. I have not yet launched my company and have no income, so money is very tight, so I selected the hour session to see how it would go. If it went well I would continue to pay by the hour or try to gather up the money to pay for a 5 hour session. We set up an hour session and Ms. Cohn remoted in again. We went through a few things which was very helpful but ate up all of the time I had paid for. When we started discussing the chart of accounts she told me that it was advanced and that she couldn't teach me what I wanted to know in such a short amount of time. She told me that's why she offered me the 5 hour session. Which confused and frustrated me. She told me we would clean up my chart of accounts which was the one thing I really wanted help with and now she was telling me I wouldn't get help with it. When I pressed her to help me to understand how I could fix my chart of accounts myself, she said it would take more time than we had. I was getting frustrated which made her frustrated and our session ended by her hanging up on me! I thought I had found someone who could really help me with QuickBooks Pro on an on going basis. I thought I would have a great resource in helping me to use QB Pro the correct way, but she decided to end our client relationship by being unprofessional & hanging up on me. I am very disappointed she didn't do what she said she would help me with. read more

I'm a small service based business that struggled along with Quickbooks and bookkeeping because I thought could do figure it out 'all by myself, darn it!' I managed for a while but oh, I wasted so much time - if only I had known Corner Office and Diana sooner! Diana is a pleasure to work with and was able to focus me and helped create efficient systems so that everything runs smoothly from invoicing to P and L statements. She provides concise and understandable definitions and fact sheets that have been indispensable in my Quickbooks learning curve. I'm gratefully no longer overwhelmed by my bookkeeping and know that whenever I hit a wall (with my head), I can call up Diana and do an over-the-phone session (with lots of handholding if I need it). Corner Office is the way to go for folks interested in learning Quickbooks for themselves but with more support - thank you, Diana! read more

As a hairstylist, and now a small business owner, numbers evade me and freak me out unless it has to do with a hair color formulation. I know that the more on top of my finances and numbers I am, the better my business will be. With that said, I wanted to combine my on-line system with Quick Books so that I can have a detailed outline of what is what. I had taken a class previously in a large group setting with a first time teacher. I was more lost after the course than when I had walked into the room. I had not touched my books for months, had a friend get me straightened out and needed some serious one on one education. Enter Corner Office, Diana and Will. With their help and understanding, I am on my way to keeping on top of the business end of things. I look forward to learning more and working with Corner Office in the future. Thanks Diana and Will! read more

I have been using Quickbooks for 23 years for my general contracting business, using only 10% of its capabilities, and much of it incorrectly. Through convenient, remote, phone/computer meetings, Diana has been brilliant (and fun) in helping me to clean up my books. I now enjoy the functionality that QB was meant to provide, saving me hours, streamlining AP's, AR's, Payroll, and of course, accurate reports that I would be proud to send to my accountant. I only wish that I knew Diana 23 years ago. THANK YOU DIANA! read more

Diana is QBO set-up and clean-up master. She not only helped our small non-profit reconstitute our books in accord with GAAP and non-profit reporting standards, but provided documentation and training so we can continue to maintain audit-worthy records on our own. She patiently explained key concepts and systems, providing not only Quickbooks-specific support, but insight into best accounting practices. Her consistent humor, responsiveness, and eye-on-the-prize focus made working with her both an education and a pleasure. Working with Diana saved us time, money, and our mental health - I recommend her services without reservation! read more

Before I started working with Diana I was clueless and overwhelmed with our QuickBook system. I had no idea how to do anything except to create a sales receipt. I was also very busy with starting our business that I did not have any time to go to any of the QuickBook training classes. That was when Diana Cohn, owner of Corner Office came to my rescue. She is truly a gifted teacher, I now know my way around the entire QuickBook system and it is the most satisfying thing to be able to reconcile every month! Our accountant, thought highly of her work as well, which is saying allot because he is not a big fan of QuickBooks. Another great thing about Diana is that she works quickly, which is important when you are paying an hourly rate for someone to work on your books. Diana is a pleasure to work with; she has a great wit about her and believe it or not she makes bookkeeping fun. read more
