I was referred to Dan Quane by a friend who, like me, appreciates quality of work, efficiency, and professionalism. Both Dan and Darcy met all of my expectations with their organized approach and attention to detail! I worked with Dan to update my trust, will, power of attorney and health directive. I had a general outline in mind which, through great listening skills, he turned into legal documents that will stand the test of time. I had also pondered tax implications surrounding my decisions, and to my pleasant surprise, Dan was also versed in this (a masters in Taxation). He is a wealth of information and this process was seamless and not as costly as I'd anticipated (less than my original trust created 25 years ago--and Dan re-wrote everything from scratch not just updated what I already had). I would highly recommend Dan Quane for your trust needs. read more

Daniel T. Quane was recommended for trust services, by our attorney, who does not specialize in this area of law. I placed a call to Doyle Quane on Monday afternoon, indicating interest in a consultation regarding an existing trust. I was told that their paralegal, Darcy, would call me back. That call never came. I read the following engaging statements on their website and believed what they said: "The first step in our process is listening to you. Your unique challenges and wishes will form the foundation of our approach. Call XXXXXXXXX or email us to schedule a consultation." "The best way to get guidance on your specific legal issue is to contact a lawyer. To schedule a meeting with an attorney, please call the firm or complete the intake form below." "We invite you to contact us and welcome your calls, letters and electronic mail." On Tuesday, I used their website intake form to repeat my request for information about a consultation. It's now Thursday afternoon, and, as yet, no contact received from anyone at this law firm...a reminder that one cannot rely on everything one may read on a website. Based on my experience, or rather "lack of experience", I would not recommend them if one is looking for a responsive law firm. read more

Brittany, Darcy, and the whole team did an outstanding job doing our family trust. I can't express how easy they made the transaction seem. Their execution was flawless. They really made our complex estate seem easy and pain free to do. We shopped around too. Where everybody else seemed to be unorganized, the team at Doyle Quane was nothing but top notch! Highly recommend Brittany Riley and her team to all! Thank you so much!!! read more

If you're a woman don't use Colby Freeman as your attorney. Colby and I were supposed to be having meetings with my ex and his attorney but when it was time for the meetings, I was never allowed inside with the three of them. Colby and my ex were acting like best friends. I tried to trust Colby since I was paying him, but I had to end up getting a different attorney because he seemed like he was on my ex's side. My new attorney looked at all the documents Colby wrote up and said that it was all in my ex's favor and it shouldn't have been that way. I wrote a review about him many many months ago, but today I see that it's gone. The only reviews I see are 5 star. Can business make Yelp remove unwanted reviews? read more

We have worked with Dan Quane twice now for our multigenerational estate planning needs. Dan and Darcy are thorough, meticulous, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly down to earth. Yes, that last one actually matters to me because I want someone much smarter than myself handling these matters, but not making me feel incompetent at the same time. Dan and Darcy are nice yet professional thus making you feel like you've crossed every "t" and dotted every last "i" to ensure your family matters will be handled properly and legally. read more

My father had just passed away and Dan Quane had drawn up his trust. We scheduled a meeting to start the process but he told us only the trust executor could attend. He must have missed that day in law school because that is not true. Dan supplied misinformation, was rude and condescending. He also charges 30% more than other attorneys in the area. I would not recommend this firm. . read more

My husband and I were referred to Dan Quane by our CPA and we are so thankful for the referral! We had an outdated complex family trust that had not been revised in over 20 years. We met with Dan and we both immediately knew that we were in good hands! Not only is Dan warm and friendly, he is also a great listener, he explained things clearly and concisely and though his hourly fee is not cheap, he worked so quickly that the brand new trust actually cost less than the trust we had done over 20 years ago! If you are looking for an honest, intelligent, hard-working attorney who is not stuffy or pretentious we can not recommend Dan Quane highly enough! read more

Dan did a great job of explaining a relatively complicated subject into very easy to understand terms. Dan and Darcy were very thorough and efficient and produced accurate documents for us in a very short period of time. I would definitely recommend Dan and this company. read more

I contacted this company seeking legal help with my divorce. I spoke to a paralegal who took notes on my case and said she would talk with one of their lawyers and they would get back with me. The next day I get a voice message stating they are not taking on new clients. This is weird since the paralegal did not mentioned this in my initial phone call. It appears to me they are screening who they want to work with. Feels very shady and unprofessional. read more

I contacted Daniel Quane with some questions regarding the Durable Power of Attorney, and he responded quickly with direct, clear explanations that lead us to an understanding of this important document. I'm very impressed with his knowledge, and his kind manner and considerate ability to communicate effectively are invaluable. I recommend Dan Quane without hesitation for your legal needs. read more

I was referred to Colby when I was in need of someone to review a legal agreement on a quick turn around. Colby and his team were extremely responsive and worked diligently to meet a nearly impossible deadline. But perhaps the most take away from my interactions with Colby was that he took the time to educate me on the nuances of the agreement I was entering into. Following our conversations I felt informed and empowered to make the right decisions. I would highly recommend Colby Freeman to anyone looking for family law services. read more

I highly recommend Megan Reichard and her paralegal Kerri. Divorce is a challenging thing to go through, but with Megan as my legal advisor, I felt heard, seen, and understood from the start. After my initial consultation, I decided that I would like to have this office assist me on my case. If you have a family law matter, I definitely recommend this office. read more

We worked with Dan on building our family trust based on a personal referral. One of the things we wanted to be absolutely sure of was that the work is done correctly so our children don't have any problems later. Just talking to Dan put my mind at ease, he treated us like family and answered all our questions ( some of them were really basic, but he answered everything with the same eagerness and enthusiasm ). Gave us really good advise on how to allocate our trust and prepared everything promptly. This is a top notch firm and truly want to help their customers. During my research, I found out that there are other folks who can do this at much lower cost, but after taking to Dan I was convinced that his charges were fair and we felt happy with the service. Afterall, this is something you don't want to have the lowest bidder take care of. read more

We met Daniel Quane about 10 years ago. He helped us with a Trust and Wills for our family. Currently we have had all our documents updated due to the changing laws. My husband and I needed to create a Will & Trust, and had been putting it off for quite some time. With a recommendation from my parents, we contacted Daniel T. Quane and he responded almost immediately. Even with Covid19 and SIP, we were able to meet with him via Zoom and he went over all the questions we needed to think about in creating a Will & Trust. His Paralegal, Darcy Alexander was also lovely to interact with and quick to respond. Every interaction was seamless and all questions were answered. For something that was put off for so long, it was one of the easier things to cross of our list. We highly recommend Doyle Quane Family Law Group for any legal needs. read more

I recently worked with the Doyle Quane Freeman Family Law group and had a fantastic experience. I have never had to visit a law office before and the team made me feel very comfortable knowing I would be in good hands. They did this by providing excellent guidance on our family trust, making sure I understood the terms of the trust, next steps and most importantly why the trust is so important to have with a family. The trust was completed quite timely and given my experience here, I would definitely go back for not only family law guidance but to go back for any referrals outside of their scope incase I ever need legal counsel. I would highly recommend this lawfi for all of your family needs. Thanks team for a great experience! read more

Until a few years ago I never had a need for an attorney. I've now worked with several, both civil and family law, and have also closely observed the work of those who represented opposing parties. This experience has taught me that a good attorney is hard to find. By good attorney, I mean one who is knowledgeable, smart, ethical, and committed to his client's interests. Colby Freeman of the Doyle Quane Family Law Group is one of those rare good attorneys. Colby listened to me carefully, took time to explain things, knew the case thoroughly, and always told me what I needed to hear, even when he knew I didn't want to hear it. When faced with unethical behavior by opposing counsel, Colby always maintained a level of professionalism and respect, which gave us the higher ground. Colby has the rare combination of integrity and skill, which is exactly what I wanted. read more

I would be careful in selecting this firm. I worked with Andrea Gallegos and she really hurt my case. I felt confident upon hiring her but her actions and advice never lived up what anyone would expect. Many missed meetings or phone calls. She had to reschedule my hearing last minute without any notice to me. It was scheduled months in advance and I showed up at court only to find her MIA and after stressing out learned it was rescheduled. Much of her advice I have learned from my new attorneys was very questionable. Missed opportunities and actions that I cannot get back. Choose carefully folks. I cant speak to the other attorneys here but don't think much of them based on her actions and allowing her to work there. It was that bad. read more
