I used Yelp to reach out to a number of Wash/Dry/Fold places. Clean All was quick to respond and offered very reasonable rates. They even made suggestions for me to pass on to the repair people. I guess that makes sense because people who run laundromats have lots of with broken equipment. Anyway, I dropped off a bunch of laundry and it was clean, dry, and folded the following morning. They did a great job and even listened to my requests for some minor special handling. While I was there, I learned they also wash larger items, like weighted blankets, take in dry cleaning, and do alterations. Frankly, before this I never even realized they were there, and I've gone past there store 100s of times. I'll certainly use them for WDF the next time I need it. That may be in a few days since, sadly, the circus is still in town.

There is a small waiting area with a TV and chairs, but there is also a lot in the area if needed (restaurants, bakeries, etc.). Everything was very clean! I'll absolutely be returning to this laundromat for my bedding. I will say that I came here late at night so it wasn't crowded, although I could see this place being busy at "peak" times due to the quality and price.

I used a Tide pod for detergent (this was the plastic she referred to). Incidentally, my other washers that had more items in them did not have an issue with the Tide Pods. Also, if this is an issue, there should be signs posted warning customers not to use them. Once the washers were complete, everything came out heavy and wet, and seemed to be barely spun dry. As if the spin option was not working in the 8 washers I used. Further, the dryers are nearly useless. I had to pay for at least an hour on each dryer that only had a handful of items in them, before they finally dried. Forget about using low or medium heat, your clothes and anything inside will still feel wet and cold. And high heat with make them feel warm and still take forever to dry your items. Overall, the employee was rude, the machines did not do a good job cleaning my clothes, some of which still looked dirty, and the dryers barely worked. This place also has televisions, none of which were turned on, a locked bathroom, dirty floors and tables, and out of order machines. This place is a waste of time and money. I recommend you try somewhere else.

The parking situation can be tricky if you're coming from the east, but you can always turn left onto Quincy and right onto 21st St to get around the building into the parking lot. However, since then have had a few problems over the past ten years. I.e. missing pieces, only to be found, or pieces not to be done by date promised or pieces to be having re-cleaned all of these items were taken care of with no problem. Recently, I found a situation of deceit that I just cannot ignore and I am so upset have not decided what exactly to do as of yet...In the Spring as the weather began to get warm I would bring my seasonal dry cleaning in to be clean not to worn again until fall/winter. Some of these items I took pics prior to dropping off so I had inventory as to where it was and make sure it was cleaned and returned for next season. I have opened two of many sweaters to wear since our evenings have been getting chilly and both had pinned to them a orange piece of paper DAMAGED PRIOR TO CLEANING! WHAT? One I had purchased just before sending off for cleaning so knew for a fact it was not damaged and looking closer inside the neck of this turtle neck sweater it had a Pink dye inside all around it. The Navy Blue cardigan with a white embroidery also had pink dye spots all over the back. They were sent to the dry cleaners at two different times between 3 months of one another. I have pics of both of them prior being put into the Hurt Purple bags and neither sweaters have these Pink Dye DAMAGE MARKS ON THEM. So I have opened out of curiosity two more plastic bags from Hurt cleaners and there is one more item MARKED DAMAGED PRIOR TO CLEANING! Yep more pink dye marks. What is the chance I have a Black pair of wool pants that I somehow damaged prior with somehow PINK DRY CLEANING SOLUTION, plus a Brown Sweater again damaged by PINK DRY CLEANING SOLUTION, and a NAVY cotton sweater damaged by PINK DRY CLEANING SOLUTION, all brought into the same Hurt Dry Cleaners located on Wilson Blvd over a period of 6 months and the Damage was done by me the Patron? Now, looking back over the period and pulling out a few older sweaters I have found a few others from time to time coming home with Pink spots on them, again telling me damaged prior. I shook it off and turned those sweaters into junk clothes. This occurred maybe twice before. But to have three items in a two month time? I also have no PINK DRY CLEANING SOLUTION in my home. Why would I? I am sending my clothes to the cleaners. They have not only lost me as a customer, but I am going to expect them to pay for every item they have damaged that I still have around. . I still continued to receive items marked with Pinned orange tag DAMAGED PRIOR TO CLEANING. I showed my evidence proving this was inaccurate and the person stated they did NOT understand English too well. Have manager call me. No one has rang me. I have many pieces returned to me with this damaged pinned to it and the pink spots on them. I suppose if I do not hear from someone soon it will be small claims at the BEST FOR ME! WORST FOR HURT CLEANERS! Of course I will no longer be using them. Shame on them for believing people would believe they are damaging their own clothing with Pink Dye when they Dry Clean all their clothes. They may be able to use the "I do NOT speak ENGLISH" excuse, but this is an English speaking Country, which does not say "Go ahead abuse us and take advantage by charging high prices and not giving excellent service!" The judge will make a decision and you must understand English and that time.The old owner would be upset their name was tied to shifters using their Family name! See ya at Arlington Court House.
