I have been a regular customer here for years. Recently, the new person at the counter is saying that my shirts require dry cleaning instead of laundry. This has more than doubled my dry cleaning costs. My shirts were getting cleaned just fine before, so I'm not sure what changed. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took a dress to them to be hemmed and they only hemmed one of the two layers of the dress. I paid $100. When I took the dress back in, they told me they could only refund me $30 of the $100. Take your clothes anywhere else to be altered unless you are looking for someone to complete half of what you overpay for. read more

I'm not sure why they advertise shoe repair. When I came in they said they send it out. She said it would be about $15 to fix a heel on my boot. Thought it was kind of expensive but said okay. I asked when it would be finished and she said 10 days. I asked how I'd be notified and she said just come in about 10 days. I said okay please give me a date. Then after she took all my info, she said he probably can't fix the shoes. It was a basic repair that I can probably do on my own with glue (which she suggested), but somehow a shoe repair person wouldn't be able to fix the heel? It didn't add up to me. Shop looks clean and nice but seems really sketchy to me. Not very professional. I won't be back. read more

Nicest little old lady works the desk, shirts and sweaters look great, and I was offered 50% off my next cleaning because "it took us very long. I am so sorry"...they had 15 articles for 2 business days and still charged super low prices. Place looks brand new and would guess that's why it's so empty. Do not go here! I left a brand new coat, worn once and they tore it. My fiancé brought it in 8:45 and at 9:15 they called saying there was a large tear. They claimed they didn't tear it and that I brought it in that way. After arguing back and forth they said could fix it for a fee. If they tore it they should offer to fix it for free. I did not trust leaving it so I took all my clothes and left. I don't know what they did to it in 30 minutes but it definitely did not have a tear before I took it in. Don't go here. They deserve zero stars but I can't give zero. read more

Easy, fast, effective! Dropped off about 10 items to Siena Park Cleaners to take advantage of the first-time customer special of 50% off. The front desk lady was very friendly, and offered to turn around my items in 48 hours. They removed some tough stains from a formal white gown that I thought was a goner! They did state that they were unable to remove two stains (one from a silk skirt and one from a silk blouse). Overall, I think their cleaning and service was superb and plan on using them again soon. Even without the discount, their prices are competitive (especially good deal since they do organic cleaning). Parking: Easy to find on street. read more

Worst experience ! At the first time , i brought comfort set to them and it cost me $35. And this time i came back for them to do the same thing and it cost me $44.90 !!! It does not make any sense!! I asked why it got expensive ? She said cuz i have 2 pillow case. What??? Last time i gave them the whole comfort set like this time!!! She said , she doesn't know and told me cuz i have 3 pieces. My bf dropped off a few of my dresses to be dry-cleaned and when I went to picked them up, 2 out of 3 were in good shape. The other dress (my absolute fav) was discolored. Initially, the woman behind the counter did not want to believe that the dress had white stripes and insisted they were beige. Luckily (?) there were splotches on the dress that showed white and so the woman took my dress back and gave me another ticket. I tried asking what the policy was if the dress did not return to its original condition and she could not tell me. I walked away fearing for the worst- but a week later I came back and the dress was back to it's original color minus one block of stripes. I tried to explain that to the lady but she wouldn't have it. Sigh. The dress still looks ok and so I'm not going to fight it- but I'm definitely NOT going back. One time I was not able to make it to pick up my clothes before they closed on a Saturday and I was flying out of state on Sunday. I was happy to see a new dry cleaner open up since I haven't been too impressed with the other places in the area - I've lived on the Pike for 6 years. They do a great job and it's quick and reasonably priced. I've taken several pieces for cleaning and a couple quick mending/sewing jobs (so far some men's shirts, sport coats, pants, and a jacket). I'm usually the type to try to keep quiet about great places, but the customer service here warrants a mass recommendation. The manager woman is incredibly friendly and is so cheerful that I want to send more business her way and ensure they get enough customers to stick around for awhile. (I don't throw around compliments about friendliness casually, and for some perspective I am now apparently the second reviewer who signed up for Yelp purely to give this lady 5 stars). read more

As someone who likes to give businesses plenty of latitude, despite being a repeat customer for a few years I've never had a pleasant customer service experience! The only reason I've been frequenting this establishment is the convenience factor as I work a few blocks away, no mas. It almost is as if quality friendly customer service is not prerequisite to be a business owner and this surely is the case here. The quality of their dry cleaning is okay but there's been at least four times where they have provided me someone else's clothes! Then a few times where I provided my number where it pulls another customer's info. If that's not enough, when you bring up the error the attendant is quite rude and anything but apologetic but actually more like you did something wrong, yes terrible. God forbid you count your clothes before actually leaving the cleaners, the attendant acts if you are on her borrowed time and completely disrespectful. If you're willing to put up with bad customer service without politeness and with just ok cleaning and receive someone else's clothes, this is your place! read more
