They have a little shop attached to their manufacturing facility. Don't be surprised to be engulfed in the vinegar smell when you enter. Their back room opens up to their mixing operation with barrels on barrels of wine vinegar. They have the best aged red wine vinegar around! I wouldn't skip the tasting either because you'll get a variety of flavors, some you may have thought you wouldn't have liked but surprise your taste buds! You can also get all sorts of other things here like crackers, jam, olive oils.

The staff is always so kind, super sweet and helpful. I've had so many good conversations! I do a lot of canning and I make a lot of pepper jelly and fruit jam, WITH the produce J&J Ramos farms harvest. It's always the best experience when we come out here.

When dining at a counter order, seat yourself restaurant we tip but not using the same scale. We realize much of this is built into the software used and not an option of the establishment. We took our order's number display and seated ourselves at a table in the long corridor-like dining area. We dined once at Cottonwood (negative experience) and the restaurant's footprint has remained the same. We would have opted to dine on the patio but it was a very windy day. Decor is fresh and features a local flair. The chairs and banquette have no padding though pillows are provided for one's back to lean against. We chatted with diners already seated and soon our lunch was served. Ingredients are high quality, ham could be sliced a bit thinner, the aoli and bread was also delicious! We will likely return and I may meet friends there, too.

That's what you get for using real tomatoes, and not from concentrate. Taste is much richer, even a bit more on the sour than sweet side. Texture nice too. Unfortunately in my line of work, I do get to taste the cheap places, so I can tell the difference, just like Pepsi and Coke lol. Owners are of Italian heritage but are from California.

Then they ship their Product back East. From Farm Workers to Factory low wages, added pollution to our already polluted San Joaquin Valley. Benefits go to the already rich who do not live in this area.
