I called Clear, but I didn't want to pay $30 a month for a two-year contract (with an early departure penalty) or pay several hundred dollars up front for connection fees. I just wanted to pay a simple monthly fee for service. I ended up with a choice of Qwest or Spire. I went with Spire because they're local and I figured service would be significantly better than Qwest. So far, that's true. It took a week to hook up my service, due to a connection problem with Qwest (I have to pay Qwest $30 a month for the line, anyhow) and I pay Spire $12.95 to be my ISP. Download speed is not as fast as it could be, but so far service has been dependable and gimmick-free.

They were rude, lazy and you had to go through a 30-minute conversation with someone before you can even schedule. Needless to say, we dumped them. Then I blew out my computer. I waited and waited to find someone to help me with my computer. I was so scared I was going to have to deal with another horrible experience. Then, I found Eastwind Computers and I just love the store. It has everything for computers; especially, build your own. The gentlemen we dealt with were very nice and friendly. Urban sent them a video and claimed it was after the cleaning. You can hear a kid talking in the background. Last time I checked, not professional to bring kids to clients house without asking ahead of time. So $1400 later, we had to replace the window and they told us that they were closing the file without further discussion. Hire them at your own risk, I warned you. There are a lot of cleaning companies, I would call a couple more to interview and let this one go to the non helper who doesn't do their research!
