He arrived on time and was ready to get the job done. He was very personable and explained where he was going to put the outlets before he cut the holes. Overall I give him 5 stars. The work was done great , he cleaned up his mess, and told me to contact him if I had any issues. The only complaint which could be my fault, is I didn't know about the trip charge. A few weeks ago I had Brutinel come out and fix a plugged line on a mobile home. Ended up taking…read morethree appointments. They said first that the sewage under the MH needed to be pumped out before they would go under the home. I called a pumping company who came out 12 hours later and said there was no sewage to pump and everything was dry. Brutinel came out again the next day with TWO plumbers and fixed the plug. The price? Just over $1,000, including over $100 in materials. They said that they needed someone in the unit to turn on and off the faucets while the apprentice(!) went under the trailer and fixed the leak. I told them I could do that for less than the $200/hr they were paid (excluding the time it took me to coordinate this fiasco). They refused to reduce the price. Then I asked for a detailed breakdown of the parts that cost so much. They came back and said that it should have been only $14 - they had "made a mistake." Well, my mistake was using them at all. After about 6 years of using them for everything from changing out a light pole to fixing all kinds of electrical and plumbing problems, we've moved on.

I felt very comfortable with him and his team. They did an incredible job on the wiring/lighting for my office cabinets and shelving. So when his trainee put his foot through my ceiling while wiring in the attic, I originally gasped, but within minutes I knew I had chosen the right guy.
