Friendly staff that have been employed there as long as I've been a patient. That tells me I am at a safe and caring doctors office. Dr. Ness, fellow doctors, nurses, and his staff are wonderful. When I first met Dr. Ness he came across to me as a doctor that sincerely cares about people and for family life. We all have a story and he wants to hear ours. He is calm, he listens and acknowledges our individual health concerns. David has given thoughtful referrals many times. He pays great attention to detail and follows up on our care. When picking up a script at the pharmacy the pharmacist commented on how, "Dr. Ness is great at getting back to us in a timely manner." It's a clinic that has a heart of gold and one you can trust. In addition to being fully satisfied with the surgeries, I've found him to be a kind, caring, and patient doctor. As far as the way he treats staff, I recall one occasion when some unforeseen emergency had delayed the day's appointments at TCO and he stepped in to take care of removing my stitches so that his nurse (or PA, I forget) could go home. That stuck with me. I would highly recommend him as a surgeon.

It felt like he was just doing a job to get a (big) paycheck. Everything possible was pushed off to assistants. On the day of my surgery I asked him to explain what he was going to do, and he stared at me for several seconds, with a look that said to me "I can't believe you are asking this, it's not worth my time to have to explain it to you...". The jury is still out on how well he did the surgery - my injury feels about the same as it did before the procedure, although perhaps with time it will be better.

The lab didn't want to do my original order, cancelled my appointment, and sent me to another lab without clarifying that they didn't make an appointment, so I wasted an entire morning (fasted) waiting to get in. The office staff was rude and unhelpful when questioning if they had ever received my labs, and left me on my own to deliver my labs, wasting multiple days from when they should've been received. During my second round of labs, the lab tech scolded me multiple times for having "complicated" labs on a Friday, making me feel guilty for being there. Apparently you aren't supposed to have illness on Fridays. There was also a dog running around the lab?????? Seems sanitary. Before I even received all of the labs, I received a call from a nurse telling me to see a natural healer. I questioned if I could get a referral to endocrinology based on my significantly abnormal labs. I was told the doctor "probably" consulted them-- but she didn't know for sure. I asked about my abnormal labs and she also didn't know about them. You'd be better off googling your symptoms and ordering your own labs than being seen at this clinic.

"Dr." Sunny Kim took that all away for my dad. My dad: a man, father and "Bompa"(grandfather) who is honest, trusting and has gone above and beyond for his family and others his entire life. The fact that he unfortunately fell prey to this doctor is extremely sad and forever life changing. My dad is in his 70's and should have been considered a "high risk" patient and a consult should have taken place with his established primary care doctor before ever seeing him as a candidate for this level of surgery. None of this happened. If this was taken into account, I can guarantee the surgery would not have happened. In fact, the hospital where the surgery took place had "no idea" where his prior health records were. This protocol is part of ANY and EVERY surgery. I looked up the Core Ethical Standards (ABS/AAOS) for surgeons that have strict coding guidelines for procedures ( like any other "specialist") Why weren't they followed? 1) Patient-Centered Care- Surgeons must act in the patient's best interest. Did anyone ever discuss WORST case scenerio? You may never walk again, you will sleep sitting up and have no mobility, your independence will be close to nothing and your quality of life will forever change. Why isn't Dr.Kim held to this standard? 2) Integrity, safety and evidence, and professional care follow this. Everyone who has seen my dad, asks how does he "feel." He is a man of few words and his pain is a 10 out of 10! We are eager to learn what type of follow up care could possibly help my dad. It will be 1 year in Feb. since his surgery. How is this even possible? I highly encourage anyone considering this surgery to reevaluate and his advertising/commercials.They are misleading and false. Please consider a consult with a trusted medical provider. The alternative is permanent damage. Zero stars

Advanced Medical…read more Family. That is the word I can best describe Advanced Medical. Not only is Advanced Medical operated by an amazing father-daughter duo, Dr. Arlen Lieberman and Dr. Krystle Lieberman, but I felt like a member of the Advanced Medical family every time I go. I've been to Advanced Medical before as a guest while my girlfriend was being treated and they have always been kind, friendly, and personable. She raves about how wonderful they are and how much better she feels after an adjustment or acupuncture. Recently I had to go as a patient, and although the circumstances were not favorable for my physical well-being, as soon as I walked in I knew I was in great hands. Both Alren and Krystle greeted me as soon as they saw me. I feel more than a patient, or a chart, when I am there. Through my initial exam, I met with several people and every single one was professional, friendly, and listened to my concerns. Although it was unfortunate having to go to Advanced Medical as a patient, I WAS fortunate enough to have such an amazing team to take care of me. After my first visit, I left feeling better than when I came in and look forward to seeing everyone again. If you are in the market for any of their services, do not hesitate to make an appointment with the Advanced Medical family. I'm personally glad I did!
