What an incredible find! My friends and I stopped by the SideStreet Bar & Grill after a birthday trip to the range, and we were so impressed that we decided to stay for brunch. The food was absolutely outstanding. The avocado toast with salmon was immaculately executed and, quite frankly, a huge portion that really impressed us. One of my friends ordered the Greek omelette and confirmed it was just as tasty. We also ordered the Caesar salad, chicken wings, and mozzarella sticks for my kids back at our summer home--they absolutely loved the takeout. The service was rapid, friendly, and exceptionally attentive; both the older lady at the bar and our younger waitress made us feel so welcome. It's a great atmosphere, too--they have a lovely patio in the back complete with a beach volleyball court, a ping pong table, and a dedicated party venue. I'll definitely be back to finally try one of their giant Bloody Marys (it was just a little too early in the morning for me this time!). Highly recommend checking this place out! read more

It's been a while since i been back here. I see there a bunch of new items on n their menu. I can't help to notice the prices jumped up. I thought the prices were already a little high. The food is still very good. I love the new items on the menu. When we were there it was hot outside.it was definitely hot inside and don't think they use their AC. Local pub. Good beer good service. Food is bar food so hit and miss. Wings very good. Chili not so good. Nachos could be good if they didn't have the chili on them. Sliders par at best. So I moved into the area in May and since I have been going to smoking bars since sixteen My only really pleasant experience is silver lakes because you can still exercise your inalienable Rights to be able to smoke and drink at the same place inside. Having said that I absolutely love This bar and it's staff of typically consists of the bartender or bartenders and possibly a bar back. The professionalism is a pleasure to watch and it's only the second bar I remember being in that actually mulls the fruits of a Manhatten. Food has always been excellent though for some reason they won't do their mussels to go. I have noticed that on certain nights the bar staff has had multiple people in and people coming in to order food and being told that the bar was closing early and the kitchen was already closed. I was having a nice conversation with the couple next to me and there were at least fifteen other people that were having a good time. Yet somehow we All had to leave early on a day that their closest other bar is closed on Monday so that leaves only two bars in reasonable driving distance from all of the Lord's valley and dingmans ferry areas to get food and drinks from. All I have to say is that whoever is th e two people who bartend during those days are more like the girl from Willy Wonka that the squirrels sent down the shoot. read more

Locals bar vibes. Warm reception by waitress. Good menu, good food, strong drinks. We have friends who own a home nearby, and they had dined her before. Music was way too loud for dinner crowd. It was hard to talk. We wanted to stay for karaoke later, but someone in our party was under 21. Apparently Pennsylvania law is you have to vacate by 8pm if anyone in your party is not of drinking age. We definitely will be back next time we visit, hopefully adults only group. Live 10 minutes from here and try to stop and eat here. But if you don't sit at the BAR you don't get service unless you got to the bar TRY to get a bartender ( she is usually overwhelmed) or bullshitting. Sat down, 10 minutes, no one came to serve us. Had to go to the bar and ask her for the menu. The blond, she is always there. She came to the table and brought our mines and ask what we wanted to drink. She served them to us. Then ignored the fact that she gave us menus and never came back. Then a young girl popped out into the dining room. Gave menus to a table behind us and totally ignored us to see if we wanted to order!! We sat there for 20 minutes and left. We will never go there again. They only server the people at the bar and have horrible table service. Get more help. read more

Just moved here in October. Went today. Bar staff who seats you not thrilled to see you. Ordered a classic cheeseburger. Received with no cheese. Got a slice on the side. If you order Fresca Flatbread, you deserve your disappointment. LMAO lesson learned. Won't be back. read more

We were looking for an evening dinner after a day on the slopes and the first place we tried was already closed at 7pm. We came to Side Street Grill which is very aptly named as it is literally on a side street. There was quite a crowd there for a Wednesday night and it looked like a local favorite. The interior looked recently remodeled and it was done well, even the fake brick panels had me fooled at first. The service was good and our order came out quickly. I got a dozen garlic Parm wings and they were good, but not the best. Also they were super drenched in garlic sauce, like there was half an inch of it on my plate. I used the bones of the eaten wings to keep the uneaten ones out of the sauce. Would come back, but maybe ask for lite sauce...haha. read more

Stopped by after a lot of driving and pure exhaustion! The wait staff was super friendly when seating us, taking our order, and checking on us. The burgers were DELICIOUS! They totally hit the spot! They can't handle simple take out, phone lines are empty, foods generic nothing special. They're serving an area of maybe 2000 ppl maybe 100-300 tops a night and they can't handle a little take out. Place is a joke. " good " bar for a local tree service laborer or plumber but food wise take a ride to a local diner you'll be happier. They're the worst. read more

I dont know how people like this place!! Way over priced, food little plain. Here is the worst part. Been here twice, first time thought it was a mistake, bought 2 beers from standing room only, paid. Sat at bar 20 min later, people got up, when we got our bill, those beers were put on my bill. Im like, NO, I paid for them. Ohhh sorry she says. Last time, bro in law pays cash for his bill, 90.00, my bill was like 63.00, she gives me the receipt that says 90.00 she ran the credit card on. My husband and I decided to check this spot out and we actually really enjoyed it. Everyone in there seemed really down to earth and the atmosphere was great, everyone was having a great time either playing darts , hanging out at the bar and just eating . My husband and I decided to do take out and we both go the boring burgers . If you happen to be near this place, you owe it to yourself, and those with you, to stop here. Honestly, this place is what new locals (like me) can only dream of ... a clean bar, restaurant or hang out, that is clean, friendly, happy and has great food, a long list of drafts, and every vodka known to man, entertainment, shuffleboard, billiards, and then clone it outside!! However, the last few times we were there the waitress/bartender was unpleasant and it was very difficult to get her attention even though she was attentive and pleasant to the people to either side of us! We weren't happy with our last meal at side street. When you ask for a modification on something, if it's going to be a problem for the cook then tell the customer. Being in food service for over 40+ years staff is to be told if certain cook/chef's aren't keen to changing things up. Needless to say, our change was unsatisfactory and we never went back! read more

Recently went to SideStreet for lunch with a group of seven. Server was friendly & efficient. Three ordered flat bread pizza, very good, thin & crusty. Beef sliders, excellent, a panini with grilled chicken & roasted peppers, great sandwich, also all sandwiches came with good helping of fries, very good. We ordered some onion rings & fried zucchini as apps, all good. Two people ordered salad, one with shrimp, the other with chicken,major disappointment! Terrible romaine, wilted & chicken & shrimp difficult to find, also packaged dressing. Moral of the story, don't order salad where they serve Bar Food! Will go here again, enjoyed the lunch. read more

Very nice selection for a pub style restaurant. Enjoyed the meatloaf and potatoes (homemade) ad well as the buffalo wings. The waitress was very friendly and even tho they had a limited menu that day because of the cook being out for a emergency she took the time and went through all our options. We'll definitely go back to try a couple more dishes that look good on the menu like the open faced turkey or roast beef sandwiches or the homemade chili. read more

Always loved it here but brought some friends in yesterday and after finding ants in the bottom of my coffee cup they comped my lunch. IMO the whole table shld have been comped!! It was disgusting! An order of wings didn't make up for being absolutely grossed out the rest of the day!!! read more
