Brought my laptop (less than a year old) for simple fan issues. When I came back I was informed he…read morehad placed plastic pieces in my laptop that he had ordered off TEMU. There was also glue all over the back of my laptop. Being concerned I brought it somewhere to have it checked out and there was more wrong with it than when I had dropped it off to Plug and Play. He never placed the screws back in the back of my laptop. He had moved a wire inside and not properly placed it back so it was being pinched. And now I have to replace the entire fan because the work he did completely ruined it. I am now paying like triple to fix what he damaged. When I called back to get a partial refund I was just met with a condescending attitude and was told everything he did was just his opinion. Well in my opinion when you run a business, the work you provide is no longer an opinion. I'm paying for a service that I did not only not get fixed BUT had to go somewhere else to fix it. I paid 75$ for temu stickers to be placed in my laptop and to have missing parts when it was given back. I was only given 25$ of my 75$ back.

Been a customer of Pass Security for decades for both my home and business.. Seems to have really…read moregone downhill... My home barns disconnect because of some error - them my fire/Smoke alarms sounding off for no reason.. over and over - so we turned off the system but still got billed... Business break in - outside horn not go off-told the warehouse not hooked up to horn - then told horn not workig. .BUT it had just gone off the week prior.Waited weeks for the new horn - appointments missed but not call to tell me. Thief broke out 9 glass blocks - no alarm until entered the building - added additional detector on side door - not working - couldn't set alarm. Told it wasn't connecting to system - didn't they check when they installed it? Changed to motion detectors - constantly going off at around midnight 4 nights in a row - no service call can be scheduled until weeks later unless we want to pay emergency fees... THEY WERE INSTALLED less than 4 months ago. Screwed up Phone Key system for phone calling - business phones down - had to have Phone tech on site.. 3X from phone company for them to say that it was the security system - but PASS refused to accept UNTIL I had my Key system tech here to fix - more charges. Charges charges charges... that were finally removed - I think... They used to be a great company... not so much now. So very disappointed tired and exhausted.
