Finally I found a place close to home where I can get a good haircut. I've been looking for a place…read morewalking distance from where I live and after doing some research Online I found this place. It's located in a shopping Plaza and not your typical Baber Shop. There's only one seat and one Barber. I would have given the place a 5 Star rating but the hours of opening are a bit confusing. Their Facebook page says they are open at 9am this Yelp app says they are open at 10am. So I made my appointment via their website at 11am to play it safe. Unfortunately when I arrived at 10:30am they were still closed. I waited until a little past 11am and still no one showed so I started my 30 minute walk back home disappointed. As I approached my home I noticed a text and a missed call received at 11:38am from an unknown number when I called the number back it was the Barber stating he was at the location and arrived late. So I had to take another 30 minute walk back to the Barber Shop. While walking back I did receive an email from the website that I was being marked as a no show. Which obviously was not the case. Besides that little mishap I do have to admit I got one of the best cuts I've had here in South Florida. The Barber was pleasant and did apologize for the confusion. I guess next time I'll make an appointment later in the afternoon hopefully the place will actually be open. I still don't know what time the place actually opens. LOL

My teenage son is very particular about his hair and has had multiple bad experiences at chain shops like Supercuts and Hair Cuttery. Here, he consistently gets a great cut and leaves feeling confident. The staff is professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about their customers. Recently, with their price increase, we were worried about affording both the haircut and tip. They showed us kindness and worked with us this one time, which meant a lot. That kind of service is rare--and it made us lifelong customers.

OMG!! What a fantastic and memorable experience…read more Back story, I was going to nice salon in Boca ( think Boca attitude with Boca prices) . Wanted to chop off my hair. My hairdresser did not want to do it. So, I fired her and found Patrick at this barber shop. FUN FUN FUN, they took me same day. Gave me an amazing pixie cut which I adore. It's me. Did the color too ( light brown) . Gave us wine, and great conversation. No stuck up Boca attitude just a cool place if you want short hair. Bonus is price ( fabulous after spending way too much for average cuts and color) Patrick ( Rafael) is a scissor genius. Now I see why it's so easy for men. Thanks guys, we will be back soon.

The 0-Star Barber I…read moretook my young son to precision to see Jey for what was supposed to be a simple hair cut. We communicated our instructions clearly, emphasizing the need for a straightforward, child-friendly haircut. We also showed him a picture . Unfortunately, this visit turned into a distressing experience. While cutting my son's hair, the barber seemed more interested in watching TV than paying attention to his work. It was disheartening to see my little boy sitting there, visibly upset and holding back tears after seen the himself in the mirror. To make matters worse, the haircut turned out terribly--far from the buzz cut we requested. Instead of leaving with a fresh, neat look, my son left feeling embarrassed and unhappy. It's hard to believe that someone could disregard a child's feelings so blatantly. Adding insult to injury, the barber had the audacity to expect a tip after ruining my son's hair. I believe tips should be earned through good service, and in this case, it was completely unwarranted. We found this shop on google and it had 5 stars from 900+ people so we felt safe. However I believe that the barber we used and maybe few others are riding on the coattails of better-rated barbers that work at this establishment without really understanding the craft. Because the quality of the haircut as terrible. An apprentice would have done a better job.

Then I came back today and I showed another inspiration photo WITH THE NAME of the hairstyle with the front, sides, and back. When he went to cut my hair he just went straight in with the clippers and took everything off. I was miserable in the chair and it was just ignored.
