It is timmmee for a treat yourself bday edition!!! This year, I promised myself that I was gonna do something that I enjoy and make sure I do it alone and that is what I did. Customer Service: Ouh really really good. I got there I was welcomed by a gentlemen and a lady. Welcome me really nice. After signing the waiver, I was led to the dressing area with lockers. Then when I got out my mimosa was waiting on me wouhh love loved it. Maria seems to be the manager (not sure) but she was so nice. Massage: My massage was made by Gloria. And man lemme tell you this lady is really really good. She took her time to make sure that I was well, satisfied. Every second of the way. It was so good that I fell asleep without even knowing when I fell asleep lol. She focused very well on what I told her to focus on and it was exactly what I needed. Cost: Well I bought my deal on groupon for $90 I think. Plus when you get there, you pay an extra $30 after your massage. Plus I left some tip. So for what I got, I dont regret my money at all. Coming back or nah?! Yesssss yess yesss. I am coming back and im bringing friends, family and significant other.

Last weekend I treated myself to a facial at the spa. Shannon was amazing and she was really informative throughout the facial while still allowing me to relax. I wasn't able to stay for the resort access due to timing but they were kind enough to offer a day pass for me to use within a month. I'd definitely will be returning.

Fine print of Groupon that I missed and they wouldn't accommodate. Very inflexible and rude.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a $235 Groupon for 2 services. When I called asking for 2 massages (for me and my BF) they told me I couldn't use it. I guess I missed the fine print . They accused me of buying that specific Groupon to save $20. I told them I would pay the difference but they don't care and told me to deal directly with Groupon. The lack of flexibility and the rudeness of their employees is ridiculous. Now I'm returning the Groupon and going someone else where I will gladly pay full price and enjoy being treated like a customer.

Definitely one of the best and affordable spa's in Singer Island. I have been here at least 3-4 times and every time I have left satisfied. First, I like their front desk ladies- friendly, smiley and always ready to help. My experience was with Veronica and I believe she makes a wonderful job by greeting the clients. Next, I tried here facials, body scrub and body massage. I will probably advise to try facial- I think they have great aestheticians. My fav are Andrea and Claudia. And, I always see difference after my facial. I won't say that massage or body scrub are extraordinary but you may try. Always ask about deals or specials- they often have them just not mentioning. Small minus, there could be a better relaxing area with more snacks and drinks offered. In the end, it's a great spot! Try it!

Love Si Spa! This is my 5th time booking a spa service at Si Spa, and each time is a wonderful experience. The spa is taking extra measures to provide a safe, clean environment. We spent the afternoon by the pool after our spa service, enjoying a cocktail and the beautiful South Florida weather. If you're wanting a relaxing, restful day, peaceful afternoon, say "SI!" to Si Spa.

What a hidden gem Marriot Singer Island has! Si Spa is a small boutique spa with a big personality. I loved the separate entrance right off of valet. Make sure to validate your ticket and there's no cost in parking except the tip. The staff was very helpful even providing a paper mask when mine felt too suffocating. It was super clean and the relaxing area was sufficient. My massage was THE BEST! Ivan (I believe his name was) did one of the best massages I've had in a long time. He did stretches as well as deep tissue which was very relaxing. The merchandise in the spa could use some improvement. Mostly t-shirts and bags, some facial products but a few beach colorful cover ups or dresses would have been nice. We followed up the spa by going to the beach. The beach service made this spa worth every penny. We got two loungers and Ryan, the beach guy, took great care of us. Drinks and lunch can be purchased through their beach bar. The chicken quesadillas were delicious and the drink were worth the $12 each. The hotel is very updated and modern, the valet quick and the staff throughout the day were terrific.

Both Gloria and Andrea made our day very special and moreover Andrea made my friend forget about being sad for 50 minutes.

***Beware of Spa/Gift Certificate SCAM*** December 2024…read more I received a $2k+ gift certificate to be used at the spa for myself and sister while visiting Palm Beach as a Christmas gift. I was so excited to book services as we are both new moms and we were really looking forward to some self care and r&r. When I called to book an appointment for Sun, Jan 5 - I was told that the gift certificate could NOT be used unless we were staying on property. There was NO mention of blackout dates in the terms & conditions. Jan 5 is also on the edge of being a "holiday". Cmon. Also, The Breakers/spa failed to mention it when my husband purchased the gift. I understand the importance of prioritizing the guest experience who are staying on property. I was a Breakers bride and respect that. However, to NOT even disclose that information to people buying gift certificates during the holiday season is shady and not transparent. Predatory even. I spoke with Amy who is a Director and she said she could put me on a standby list. No thanks. We are requesting a refund and will take our spa dollars to the Eau Palm Beach Resort (which is supposed to have a MUCH better spa anyways). So disappointed in the Breakers. Poor form. Very uncharacteristic. Buyer beware.

Legitimately one of the worst massages I've ever had. Can say with a good amount of certainty that…read morethe woman who gave me my 'massage' did not go to a legitimate massage school, if any. Did anyone check her credentials before hiring her? The whole experience felt like an amalgamation of stuff she might've picked up from watching other people give massages. Example: starting with a weird pinching motion up and down my back (odd as hell) then moving to hands & arms. Most massage therapists don't get to hands/arms until much later. Nary a single knot was kneaded. It was like she didn't notice them or even know what to do. She was pleasant enough but it was a waste of money. When the young lady at the front desk asked the obligatory 'how was your massage' and I said 'unusual', there was nothing but a blank look on her face followed by a monotone 'that's weird, she one of our most popular therapists'. You can't be serious. Pair that with the fact that the ladies room was both dirty and out of every paper product possible and I can honestly say that this was an awful first time experience here and there wont be a second. Good job everyone.

One of the most unprofessional nail spas I've EVER been to. I was happy they could get 2 of us in…read morewithout much notice, but looking back, we would've been better off just not getting our nails done. To start off with, every single color I picked was "unavailable"-same for the person I was with. Had to pick 5 colors each for our hands, before they found one they had; and did not have any "matching" colors for our feet. I've never been anywhere with so few colors available. The staff was yelling to each other the ENTIRE time, over clients, from table to table, about their personal lives. They were at one point ordering pizza and eating in front of everyone, running to the back to grab more food while you washed your hands for 0.02 seconds. They were pretty rude to other customers at the spa- I watched one girl come in 5 minutes late, and they argued in front of her if they'd have time to do her nails. They all fought with each other about who would actually do her toes and her fingernails, as no one wanted to. One lady offered to stay late to finish them, and was told no, she was late to her appt so too bad. All of this at volume 50, in front of her- way to make her (and all of us) feel awkward. Just very, very unprofessional- I don't know how else to explain it. I told my technician the entire time she was doing my feet that she was hurting me (making my cuticles bleed), and was told "well the instrument is sharp". She was very distracted the entire time during my pedicure. Very painful. Service was slowwwww, prepare to spend hours there. When my technician went to scan my credit card, her phone died (after taking 10 minutes to set up the payment). All of a sudden the owner came over, and entered it on her phone- which was now a higher price!!! I was so frustrated, I paid it and left (of course, they "didn't know why it was higher the second time", when I inquired). I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Looking back, I'm hoping everyone there has a license to do nails, as no licenses are displayed on the walls. Save yourself the time and money, go to ANY other nail salon in the area. Don't know how this salon has been around as long as it has, what a joke. EDIT UPDATE- Business owner denying any of this true, and that's ok. I have no reason to make up having limited gel colors, eating pizza in front of everyone, and being unprofessional. Look at my Yelp history, plenty of reviews, for several years. You'll notice most of the people leaving "positive" reviews on this account have NO prior Yelp reviews (they are her friends or family). Disappointing when a business can't even hold themselves accountable.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. My appointment was scheduled for 5:30, but I…read moredidn't get seen until 5:50, even though they close at 7:00. The woman doing my pedicure rushed through the process and kept checking the time. Almost finished with my toes, another technician approached me, eager to start on my manicure. I told her I wanted an overlay with tips and gel polish, but she suggested trying Gel-X instead, claiming it was better. To my surprise, it turned out to be just an Amazon polygel kit. She completed my nails, and when it came time to pay, a service that was listed as $90 ended up costing me $130! I paid and tipped, only to have two nails come off the very next day when I buttoned my shirt. In short, while the salon looks fancy, it's not worth it. You might as well go to your neighborhood nail salon.
