David was the massage therapist and he is so amazing, I definitely would go back to him for any massage or the rose quartz massage. Perfect amount of pressure and he checked in to make sure all was perfect. Very professional. I am a massage fiend and get a massage once or twice a week, and go to luxury spas as a little staycation. The rose massage with david was a highlight of all regular and luxury spas I've gone to. The massage occurs in a heated quartz massage bed which has a consistency like sand. The bed is an inversión table but nothing to be afraid of, it's very minor feeling. the treatment included a cool rose quartz roller face massage. If u love crystals and sound bowls, massage and such I highly recommend this treatment. The express facial (25 min complimentary service for a summer special) by Érica was fabulous. She was super friendly and gave a wonderful treatment (cleansed face, face massage, so good, and application of serum). I imagine a full facial would be fab. Compared to eau or the carillon in Miami (formerly canyon ranch) this place lacks a good wet spa. It has a steam room but that's it. There is an outdoor lounge area that's co ed that's really luxurious due to swaying palms and ocean breeze where you can sit with a friend, kindle or drink and snack. There is a pool that makes the sound of running water but can't swim in. Minor things that led to four stars for the $350 experience for the services above, which was one 80 min treatment plus the complimentary summer special addition: my appt was at 12 and no one got me til 12:15? I was told to wait in the co Ed area to get taken back but no one showed. It's fine but I would've liked to sit outdoors and relax rather than awkwardly idle in my robe waiting for 15 mins where some people not in robes were. They have a coffee machine that makes cappuccinos but it ran out of coffee or espresso beans and no one refilled it for an hour I checked when I wanted to make a drink. I fortunately was able to make a cappuccino which was good. They offer little bowls of nuts and dried fruit, which were good, as well as Pellegrino, frozen grapes, vanilla gelato, biscotti, clementines and strawberries. The steam room was good. The ladies locker room was expansive with a lot of toiletries available. The showers were super nice and had living proof shampoo and conditioner. The staff was all very friendly and without attitude! I am still so relaxed hours after going there today. It's worth it for me to pay for the experience because I never get this relaxed.

She offers manicures, pedicures, tanning, waxing and a host of other services! What is most important to note is that Nelcy and her staff make you feel comfortable and relaxed! Legitimately one of the worst massages I've ever had. Can say with a good amount of certainty that…read morethe woman who gave me my 'massage' did not go to a legitimate massage school, if any. Did anyone check her credentials before hiring her? The whole experience felt like an amalgamation of stuff she might've picked up from watching other people give massages. Example: starting with a weird pinching motion up and down my back (odd as hell) then moving to hands & arms. Most massage therapists don't get to hands/arms until much later. Nary a single knot was kneaded. It was like she didn't notice them or even know what to do. She was pleasant enough but it was a waste of money. When the young lady at the front desk asked the obligatory 'how was your massage' and I said 'unusual', there was nothing but a blank look on her face followed by a monotone 'that's weird, she one of our most popular therapists'. You can't be serious. Pair that with the fact that the ladies room was both dirty and out of every paper product possible and I can honestly say that this was an awful first time experience here and there wont be a second. Good job everyone.

One of the most unprofessional nail spas I've EVER been to. I was happy they could get 2 of us in…read morewithout much notice, but looking back, we would've been better off just not getting our nails done. To start off with, every single color I picked was "unavailable"-same for the person I was with. Had to pick 5 colors each for our hands, before they found one they had; and did not have any "matching" colors for our feet. I've never been anywhere with so few colors available. The staff was yelling to each other the ENTIRE time, over clients, from table to table, about their personal lives. They were at one point ordering pizza and eating in front of everyone, running to the back to grab more food while you washed your hands for 0.02 seconds. They were pretty rude to other customers at the spa- I watched one girl come in 5 minutes late, and they argued in front of her if they'd have time to do her nails. They all fought with each other about who would actually do her toes and her fingernails, as no one wanted to. One lady offered to stay late to finish them, and was told no, she was late to her appt so too bad. All of this at volume 50, in front of her- way to make her (and all of us) feel awkward. Just very, very unprofessional- I don't know how else to explain it. I told my technician the entire time she was doing my feet that she was hurting me (making my cuticles bleed), and was told "well the instrument is sharp". She was very distracted the entire time during my pedicure. Very painful. Service was slowwwww, prepare to spend hours there. When my technician went to scan my credit card, her phone died (after taking 10 minutes to set up the payment). All of a sudden the owner came over, and entered it on her phone- which was now a higher price!!! I was so frustrated, I paid it and left (of course, they "didn't know why it was higher the second time", when I inquired). I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Looking back, I'm hoping everyone there has a license to do nails, as no licenses are displayed on the walls. Save yourself the time and money, go to ANY other nail salon in the area. Don't know how this salon has been around as long as it has, what a joke. EDIT UPDATE- Business owner denying any of this true, and that's ok. I have no reason to make up having limited gel colors, eating pizza in front of everyone, and being unprofessional. Look at my Yelp history, plenty of reviews, for several years. You'll notice most of the people leaving "positive" reviews on this account have NO prior Yelp reviews (they are her friends or family). Disappointing when a business can't even hold themselves accountable.
