The staff is very attentive and accommodating. One of the attendants made sure I understood how to use the lock for the lockers. I was having trouble at first. My wife and I went for one of the days our anniversary weekend, on actual Memorial Day. We had never been and were pleased with our accommodations starting from check in and being led to the respective locker rooms to tour the amenities. They have some lovely sitting areas include one with dimmed lighting that was magical. The steam room was wonderful as was the jacuzzi. They offer all the standards at the long sink area between soaps, deodorant, combs, and other needs. We enjoyed our massages that took all the stress out of us, especially me. The 60-minute massage was bliss. They also have a salt room that I would love to look into next time. As that looked interesting. The mineral pools were so lovely and brought us to a place of spiritual purity and strength, strength and spiritual purity. ***Beware of Spa/Gift Certificate SCAM*** December 2024…read more I received a $2k+ gift certificate to be used at the spa for myself and sister while visiting Palm Beach as a Christmas gift. I was so excited to book services as we are both new moms and we were really looking forward to some self care and r&r. When I called to book an appointment for Sun, Jan 5 - I was told that the gift certificate could NOT be used unless we were staying on property. There was NO mention of blackout dates in the terms & conditions. Jan 5 is also on the edge of being a "holiday". Cmon. Also, The Breakers/spa failed to mention it when my husband purchased the gift. I understand the importance of prioritizing the guest experience who are staying on property. I was a Breakers bride and respect that. However, to NOT even disclose that information to people buying gift certificates during the holiday season is shady and not transparent. Predatory even. I spoke with Amy who is a Director and she said she could put me on a standby list. No thanks. We are requesting a refund and will take our spa dollars to the Eau Palm Beach Resort (which is supposed to have a MUCH better spa anyways). So disappointed in the Breakers. Poor form. Very uncharacteristic. Buyer beware.

Every single person I interacted with was so kind, helpful, warm, and welcoming. When I first walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a warm lavender-scented hand towel while I checked in. Upstairs, I was given a locker and shown around the women's locker room where there are clean showers, a sauna, bathrooms, and an area with sinks and toiletries. In the waiting area, I was asked to select 3 scented oils (one is used to scent the face cradle during the massage and the others are used on your body throughout the massage). Each scent comes with a card to explain the benefits of each one. My massage was AMAZING. I had Mike Johnson who was incredibly kind, funny, and listened really well to what I asked him to focus on and avoid. He was friendly, but didn't chat too much during the actual massage which was perfect for me. The actual massage itself (I asked for deep tissue) was excellent. Afterwards, I spent some time in their large sauna with 2 other friends, and felt incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. I never felt rushed and the staff remained attentive the entire time. As I checked out, I had a lovely chat with Janet Goldman at the front desk, who explained the rigorous training and selection process that all employees have to go through. Tammy Fender makes sure her team is absolutely top notch and you can tell they all care so much about their clients. This was one of the best spas I have ever been to, hands down.

One of the most unprofessional nail spas I've EVER been to. I was happy they could get 2 of us in…read morewithout much notice, but looking back, we would've been better off just not getting our nails done. To start off with, every single color I picked was "unavailable"-same for the person I was with. Had to pick 5 colors each for our hands, before they found one they had; and did not have any "matching" colors for our feet. I've never been anywhere with so few colors available. The staff was yelling to each other the ENTIRE time, over clients, from table to table, about their personal lives. They were at one point ordering pizza and eating in front of everyone, running to the back to grab more food while you washed your hands for 0.02 seconds. They were pretty rude to other customers at the spa- I watched one girl come in 5 minutes late, and they argued in front of her if they'd have time to do her nails. They all fought with each other about who would actually do her toes and her fingernails, as no one wanted to. One lady offered to stay late to finish them, and was told no, she was late to her appt so too bad. All of this at volume 50, in front of her- way to make her (and all of us) feel awkward. Just very, very unprofessional- I don't know how else to explain it. I told my technician the entire time she was doing my feet that she was hurting me (making my cuticles bleed), and was told "well the instrument is sharp". She was very distracted the entire time during my pedicure. Very painful. Service was slowwwww, prepare to spend hours there. When my technician went to scan my credit card, her phone died (after taking 10 minutes to set up the payment). All of a sudden the owner came over, and entered it on her phone- which was now a higher price!!! I was so frustrated, I paid it and left (of course, they "didn't know why it was higher the second time", when I inquired). I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Looking back, I'm hoping everyone there has a license to do nails, as no licenses are displayed on the walls. Save yourself the time and money, go to ANY other nail salon in the area. Don't know how this salon has been around as long as it has, what a joke. EDIT UPDATE- Business owner denying any of this true, and that's ok. I have no reason to make up having limited gel colors, eating pizza in front of everyone, and being unprofessional. Look at my Yelp history, plenty of reviews, for several years. You'll notice most of the people leaving "positive" reviews on this account have NO prior Yelp reviews (they are her friends or family). Disappointing when a business can't even hold themselves accountable.

The woman doing my pedicure rushed through the process and kept checking the time. Almost finished with my toes, another technician approached me, eager to start on my manicure. I told her I wanted an overlay with tips and gel polish, but she suggested trying Gel-X instead, claiming it was better. To my surprise, it turned out to be just an Amazon polygel kit. She completed my nails, and when it came time to pay, a service that was listed as $90 ended up costing me $130! I paid and tipped, only to have two nails come off the very next day when I buttoned my shirt. In short, while the salon looks fancy, it's not worth it. You might as well go to your neighborhood nail salon.

Price point, it is what you expect to pay but didn't feel it was exorbitant given it was New Years Eve. The room was very lovely. Had a wonderful king-sized bed with a curved canopy with small lights to turn on if you wanted to read at night without turning on the larger night table lamps or overheads. We had a comfortable, curved sofa with easy access to the main pool area. The wardrobe was stylish as was the desk and chair. The bathroom had two sinks for his and hers with a shower tub combo that was partitioned off from the sinks. It was an easy walk to the elevators and where Honeybelle was located. There is also Sushi by Bou and the Butchers Club available for dining options. The amenities are good with a gym, tennis club, two golf courses, and a spa. Just keep in mind that depending on where you are staying at the resort, you may not be a quick walk away. There is also a small coffee bar and cafe area in the lobby for a caffeine fix, which we didn't do but had a charge on the bill from someone who put it on our room. Fortunately, the concierge removed it from the bill when I questioned the charge. But just make sure if you stay there to double check the bill when you check out. Apparently, i wasn't the only guest that had additional charges that weren't made.
