I've been going to SisSpa for over 13 years, at least twice a year. It's always a pleasant experience. The plus is the resort pass a great amenity. The beach is nice as well as the remodeled pool. You get beach chairs and umbrella with the resort pass. The restaurant ONA is OK but pricy. My massage was great, but expensive. I did not use a Groupon. I paid the price on the menu, which has drastically increased for a massage. The spa offers a locker, robe and flip flops that everyone uses. I bring my own. You get complimentary valet parking with your spa stay. But, only up to 7 hours. After that you are charged full price. The spa is small, but, clean. There's a lounge area with water and snack. The steam room was not working. There's a private outdoor jacuzzi. The one thing that has changed, and it's a negative compared to other spas. Is their policy that you are only allowed to stay an hour after or before your service to enjoy the spa amenities. This is not listed in any of the brochures or on the website. At the EAU Spa you can stay all day. And the price of the services is about the same. Not sure I'll be back if this policy of only an hour continues. read more

One of my lifelong friends is getting hitched again and there was a group of us that decided to make the day special for her by booking massages with a special group rate. It included use of the private jacuzzi, lockers, robes, flip flops, and a fruit section to help ourselves to before we got pampered. The complimentary mimosa was a nice treat to indulge in as well. I did not get the name of my therapist, but she was phenomenal. I got the Swedish massage and she was perfect. It covered from head to toe and the hot stone was included in the group rate. The warm towels made the experience so much more unique and I was pretty bummed that it had to end in 50 minutes. The customer service was awesome and I found that the rate was great since we spent the whole day at the hotel making the most out of it. We were able to use the pools and the resort beach area as often as we wanted throughout the day. Plus, the valet is complimentary when you stamp your ticket at the spa after the service. First time getting a professional massage for me, not for my wife. On our honeymoon and wanted to get a couples massage. I got warm stones and she got aromatherapy. This was an out of this world experience. Delaney was very helpful at the front desk. Clara, our spa attendant made sure we had everything we needed and was very friendly. Todays visit at Si Spa was definitely worth it. Entrance to the spa is directly from the valet area. Checked in at 11am and made my way to the beach to lay out after we got a mini tour of the spa/resort. I Was able to wash up before my scheduled massage. Indulged in a Swedish massage done by the awesome Cori, I didn't want my massage to end. Mimosas were brought out to the jacuzzi area once my massage was over. Overall, service was great. Parking was validated upon initial check in. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to give us information on possible memberships they they currently offer. It is timmmee for a treat yourself bday edition!!! This year, I promised myself that I was gonna do something that I enjoy and make sure I do it alone and that is what I did. Customer Service: Ouh really really good. I got there I was welcomed by a gentlemen and a lady. Welcome me really nice. After signing the waiver, I was led to the dressing area with lockers. Then when I got out my mimosa was waiting on me wouhh love loved it. Maria seems to be the manager (not sure) but she was so nice. Massage: My massage was made by Gloria. And man lemme tell you this lady is really really good. She took her time to make sure that I was well, satisfied. Every second of the way. It was so good that I fell asleep without even knowing when I fell asleep lol. She focused very well on what I told her to focus on and it was exactly what I needed. Cost: Well I bought my deal on groupon for $90 I think. Plus when you get there, you pay an extra $30 after your massage. Plus I left some tip. So for what I got, I dont regret my money at all. Took my daughter here in February for a facial, it's a cute little spa inside the Marriott resort. Lunch by the pool was dried out mahi sandwiches. Two average facials (ending before 50 minutes), upselling, and I walked out with a $600 bill. Add that the aesthetician was rushing to finish up the day as we had later-day appointments, she kept messing with the product bottles behind me as I laid there instead of working on me. Wouldn't do that again. Shame as I have gone there before a few years ago and the experience was better. read more

Buyer beware: my husband generously bought my mother and myself spa treatments at SiSpa in the form of gift certificates; upon checking out, we were informed that their prices had increased over 25% and we owed hundreds of additional dollars. Staff was unwilling to honor prices stated on gift certificate as well as on the price menu that was in the gift bag. In an effort to not escalate with low level associates we asked to speak with a manager, who was unavailable. We were stuck and screwed. We paid (nothing like leaving a spa feeling stressed!) and followed up with the manager, Nancy, who doubled down on their right to raise prices with no notice, noting that fine print on CURRENT menus state that... nothing on our gift certificates stated that, though. Nancy also said that the new prices reflect the current market (inflation is 8-9%, so SiSpa'a price increase is disproportionate) and local competitors. So, I looked that up, and I guess she's right: for twenty-ish extra bucks you can go to The Breakers, Eau Palm Beach and the newly renovated PGA Resort Spa... You'd be a fool to pick SiSpa when it's at the same price point as those three exceptional spas. Which leads me to the spa review outside of questionable business practices and poor customer service: SiSpa was overrun with Groupon purchasers, so there was no comfortable place to wait for your service-provider... two hot stone tables and 4-5 chairs/loungers in the quiet room, and over a dozen customers. Also, two spa amenities were out of order (steam shower and the spiral shower) AND one pool was closed if you chose to use the resort, which we didn't. Lastly, the parrafin enhancement left my feet purple until I got home to scrub them. So, to summarize, you'll have a much better experience at the many other local spas that manager Nancy brought to my attention. Never again will my personal spa needs and professional recommendations be to SiSpa. Lesson learned. read more

I wasn't able to stay for the resort access due to timing but they were kind enough to offer a day pass for me to use within a month. I'd definitely will be returning. read more

Horrible customer service. I purchased a $235 Groupon for 2 services. When I called asking for 2 massages (for me and my BF) they told me I couldn't use it. I guess I missed the fine print . They accused me of buying that specific Groupon to save $20. I told them I would pay the difference but they don't care and told me to deal directly with Groupon. The lack of flexibility and the rudeness of their employees is ridiculous. Definitely one of the best and affordable spa's in Singer Island. I have been here at least 3-4 times and every time I have left satisfied. First, I like their front desk ladies- friendly, smiley and always ready to help. My experience was with Veronica and I believe she makes a wonderful job by greeting the clients. Next, I tried here facials, body scrub and body massage. I will probably advise to try facial- I think they have great aestheticians. My fav are Andrea and Claudia. And, I always see difference after my facial. I won't say that massage or body scrub are extraordinary but you may try. Always ask about deals or specials- they often have them just not mentioning. Massages weren't terrible but they didn't live up to what we've come to expect from Spas at Marriott locations. What a hidden gem Marriot Singer Island has! Si Spa is a small boutique spa with a big personality. I loved the separate entrance right off of valet. Make sure to validate your ticket and there's no cost in parking except the tip. The staff was very helpful even providing a paper mask when mine felt too suffocating. It was super clean and the relaxing area was sufficient. My massage was THE BEST! Ivan (I believe his name was) did one of the best massages I've had in a long time. He did stretches as well as deep tissue which was very relaxing. The merchandise in the spa could use some improvement. Mostly t-shirts and bags, some facial products but a few beach colorful cover ups or dresses would have been nice. We followed up the spa by going to the beach. The beach service made this spa worth every penny. We got two loungers and Ryan, the beach guy, took great care of us. Drinks and lunch can be purchased through their beach bar. The chicken quesadillas were delicious and the drink were worth the $12 each. The hotel is very updated and modern, the valet quick and the staff throughout the day were terrific. read more

My family, friends, and I have been enjoying SiSpa and its Spa services for many years now and we are NEVER disappointed. I try to book at least one day of services for our out of town guests who all anxiously await the Spa visit because everyone raves about it. We plan to spend extra time to enjoy the poolside food or sometimes the bar happy hour. Their seasonal specials offer something different in addition to the usual extensive menu. For me, no visit to Si Spa is complete without my uplifting facial by Jacqueline. Besides making my face feel clean and refreshed, Jacqueline's magic touch also takes years off my face. Some people like to have their hair done by one person; Jacqueline has become that one personally to do my facial. Her warm personality and confident touch allow me to relax and unwind. I have also become spoiled by her talented use of SiSpas advanced technology and products. You haven't lived until you have splurged on a hydrofacial which leaves your skin rejuvenated and refreshed beyond belief. I love facials as my Irish skin dries out in the Fl sun but Jacqueline's ability to counteract the damage caused by the abundant Fl sunshine leaves me feeling young again. I usually go when we have visitors in town but lately I have been sneaking down on my own. I try to leave time for the sauna/shower after visiting the beach and the hot tub. We were staying at the Singer Island Marriott and decided to give the spa a try on a cloudy day. I went for an 80 minute relaxation massage. They told me to come an hour or so early to take advantage of the sauna and hot tubs, as well as the relaxation room. The massage was heavenly. I'm telling you, 80 minutes is so much more relaxing than 50 minutes. After the massage I used the rain shower to wash my hair. They had everything you needed right there from hair products, blow dryer, curling irons, etc. It was a real treat!! read more

The two of us came on double Groupons, two Spa services, champagne plus access to the resort This is really nice, I travel extensively and it seems I spend half my life in Marriotts. Which are fine, but nothing like this. This spot is absolutely top-notch, elegant and beautiful, offering top-notch service. You're greeted warmly upon arrival, took care of just a minute paperwork and then our personal valets took us around for a tour, hooked us up with our first champagne, and we were prepared for our services. I did a massage and a facial. The massage was good, maybe not the most intense but a relaxing experience. The facial was excellent, delivered by the warm, friendly and professional Jacqueline. Did a great job, I walked out of there feeling radiant. And as a middle-aged business man that's not a typical feeling for me! I spent the entire afternoon, hanging out in the hot tub, visiting the hotels pool, I can strongly recommend the water slide, no kidding fun for all ages. This is a beautiful hotel located right on the ocean. The valet was free with spa services. We came for my birthday on a weekday in September. This was off-season so as if we had the spa to ourselves. The service was impeccable. After you change from the locker you go to a relaxation room with a glass of champagne. We purchased a facial and massage from Groupon. The tip was not included which is fine. I wish I got the massage instead of facial, the facial did not consist of much except and cleaning, exfoliation, and a massage. Still feeling relaxed above the soft heated bed. I retreated back to the relaxation room. We used the swimming pool and Tiki facilities outside for the afternoon. Prices are steep for lunch menu but again you are paying Marriott hotel prices. You cannot beat the view of the beach. Overall it was a very nice spa day. I've been to other Hotel spas in Miami that are about 10 times the size so if I could have delt with a long drive I would prefer a bigger Spa. Booked a massage via Jasmin (not sure if I have her name spelled right) on the phone, and she was really sweet, friendly, and helpful. I had used a Groupon that included a massage, free valet parking (as I was staying at another resort), a glass of champagne, and access to the spa and also to the pools. I made a half day of it while I had some down time on a work trip, eating lunch at one of the pool restaurants, enjoying both pools, etc. Very relaxing. It's a smaller resort spa that might get too crowded during peak times (weekends?) but it was fine on the weekday that I went. I also tried the outdoor hot tub (which is only for spa guests, but it's close to a kiddie pool so there is some noise carryover from that), the steam room, and the shower with the side jets/rain shower head, etc. (but I could never figure out how to use it -- think it could use some signs with directions that I've seen at other spas). My massage was nice and I got the full 50 minutes with it (which is always a good thing). Would definitely return if I used another Groupon. (And thanks to the other Yelpers who alerted me that this spa had Groupon deals!) read more

This spa use to be much better. I would come to the SiSpa often but hadn't been back in a few years and unfortunately it didn't get better with time. I came there for a relaxing birthday spa day filled with massage, facial and fun. The staff was phenomenal, very helpful and attentive. From the valet staff to spa reception and therapist it was great. My issue was with the actual spa itself. My Swedish massage with hot stones was great but I feel the property was lacking the aromatherapy they use to have. Basic oils and "relaxing" music was all they had. The facial was good. The therapist was chipper and very sweet and knowledgeable. After my treatments, I started to plan out the rest of my "Spa Day". The steam and shower room was not as clean as I would hope. Then I had to go on a hunt to find towels and it was hard to find an attendant to help. They have two hot stone beds but unfortunately one was broken and the spa was completely booked which meant loitering around hoping for a change to experience the hot bed. The counter that housed the tea, fruit, water and nuts was full of flying bugs. I believe they were fruit flies but regardless it was gross since one fell right into my cup of coconut pineapple infused water. Also, unlike other spas I've been to, you can't have hotel restaurant delivered to the spa so I had to go out to get food. Luckily the property has several beautiful pools and the weather was nice. I won't be back to this spa no matter how cheap the Groupon. There's nothing memorable about it. read more

Worst spa in the area. Massage therapist couldn't find me. Apparently the help never told anyone where I was waiting. I paid for a 50 minute massage and I was only massaged for 40 minutes due to me being lost then found. Front desk person spoke very loud. The hired help to bring you back to locker area and show me around was not the personnel for a spa. The grounds outside where I waited had cigarette butts. Came to Florida to visit my daughter not realizing it was spring break. All the hotels were booked up so we decided to do a staycation.... we booked massages at si spa and so happy we did. Making the appointment was a little rough.... called got some info early in the morning the. Called back to make appointment. No answer got machine so left a message this was at 1pm. No call back so I called a few times kept getting VM. Finally I called the hotel itself it was 4pm they put me through and someone answered. She immediately put me on hold. I held for 53 minutes!!!! She never came back. I finally hung up called again got vm as it was now 5 and they are closed. So I call the hotel again told them what happened. She assured me she would get someone since they were still there it only being 5:02. The women at the front desk of spa answers and argued with me that it was after 5 so I needed to call tomorrow I was trying to explain to her what happen and she just kept over talking me. Finally she let me explain about her placing me for a hour and not coming back. She just said yea I'm busy today. No apology nothing. But made the appointment The next day we arrived for the appointment the same women was at the desk where you check in. She was entering some stuff in the computer and didn't even look up at us for a while. Finally when she was done and ready acknowledged us. So at this point was worried how the experience would be She called back and our therapists came and got us and that's where it all turned around. They were absolutely lovely. What a great experience going forward. It made me forget about the aggravation with the phone lol. After your massage they bring you to a relaxation room and you are given water champagne or a mimosa. Very nice touch! The massages were amazing so relaxing. Locker rooms are spotless. After the massages we checked out and were give. Wrist bands and a card to use facilities for the day. We had a great lunch got some lounge chairs and relaxed!! I've been to Si Spa 8 times over the years and used to love it...now it's awful. The only redeeming quality is the massage therapist Nikoli and the esthetician's Andrea, Claudia, and Nancy. They are all great. All of my services with them were superb. The amenities and the rest of the staff were terrible. The supervisor Maria Digos is extremely rude and didn't want to help at all. Upon arrival the lockers are new and don't work at all so you have to have someone unlock it for you each time which is very inconvenient and you spend time waiting around. The hot water was broken and they said it would be fixed shortly. Well after our spa services we found out even more things were broken. The hot tub for spa guests was not working, the sauna in the female side smelled like fumes and gasoline and couldn't be used, we got our champagne and there was old lipstick all over the glass...so gross. After going in the pool I wanted to shower before dinner but the hot water was never fixed and it was freezing. We went to the front desk to see if we could come back to use the amenities on another day and Maria was very rude. She said we couldn't do that as the spa was too booked with season and gave me her bosses card to call. She was extremely combative and not a good representation of customer service or a supervisor. We won't be coming back. This place really needs a reality check. read more

They really need to do hair here. This spa could be so much more if they did hair. It's located in your typical Marriot, which I have not ever been a fan of, but this Marriot is a resort / condo / seasonal rental kind of situation. Overpriced condo's and time shares are definitely on the menu and the only saving grace of this Marriot is a coffee shop inside and a spa. I do love the interior of this hotel and we really like the wood features and accents that brought out the classic design of the lobby. This has always been my favorite spa and resort, from the beautiful spa, great massages and facials to the service , not so much this time, was double charged and had to have a few conversations with the manager and phone calls to the manager with no response about the double charge , it took over a week and me checking my credit card online before I saw the credit for the over charge, the massage was good but the workers were not friendly as in the past, the spa itself is going down hill, water damage stains on the ceiling just outside the steam room. I am only giving this one star because there is not an option to give it zero. This is by far the worst spa I have ever been to, and I have been to hundreds. The front desk staff were down right rude and unprofessional, they could not have been any further from warm and welcoming the entire reason to go to a spa! To relax and to get pampered! We purchased a nearly $200 manicure and pedicure for my daughter's 16th birthday. $180 for someone to paint your nails. We are lifetime Marriott Platinum members and one of the benefits is the use of the spa common areas. At check in the gracious front desk Manager gave my daughter's two best friends facility passes to the spa to use the hot tub and relaxing room with her. When we arrived spa staff would not even acknowledge them or give them a robe or a locker. They stood holding their things for over a half hour while staff walked around us and wouldn't even make eye contact. One woman who barely spoke English would only say "no locker" with her nasty look. My daughter's two friends finally just left. It was incredibly embarrassing - and what a let down for her birthday.!! There are so many wonderful spas you can go to to get a $200 manicure and spend an hour feeling pampered. I would never set foot in this place again. Spend your hard earned vacation money somewhere else and get the service you expect from a spa. Horrible experience. Fantastic experience that was almost ruined but turned out great... I was coming into town to spend a long weekend with my best friend who recently lost her husband and her good friend all within 6 weeks. I wanted her to be pampered and relaxed and so I did some research on local spas in the palm beach area. I came across SiSpa which received good reviews and the photos looked exactly what I was looking for. The initial phone call to inquire about treatments and appointment availability was received very well by AMBER. She was so sweet and patient with me as I had so many questions that she graciously answered. I scheduled 2 facials for my friend and I for 12:00. We arrive at 11:30 and we were met by the valet parking attendant and he pointed us to the entrance for the spa. We walked in to a bright clean entrance/lobby and were quickly greeted by the spa receptionist, JASMIN. Jasmin checked us in and we were given an entrance key to the pool and beach areas. We were given a tour of the spa, and then escorted to the locker room and given our lockers where we had a robe and flip flops and she showed us how to use the locks on the lockers. We changed into our robes and went to the tranquility room and waited for our estheticians while we drank our champagne/mimosas. The tranquility room is well equipped with fruit infused ice water, hot tea, apples, as well as trail mix snacks. Our estheticians arrived on time and brought us to their treatment rooms. My esthetician's name was GLORIA and she was fantastic. I purchased the get up & glow facial & warm botanical hand treatment for my friend and I. Her esthetician was ANDREA and this was my friends first facial. Andrea did not disappoint. My friend was blown away by how wonderful Andrea was and how awesome this treatment is. Both Gloria and Andrea made our day very special and moreover Andrea made my friend forget about being sad for 50 minutes. Thank you both for a fantastic experience. After our very relaxing 50 minute facials, we took advantage of the amenities available. We used the steam room, the showers, and the spa hot tub. We then decided to have a late lunch by the beautiful pool area. That's when what was moving along as a perfect day, almost was ruined! We went to sit at a table in the shade by the pool for lunch and were stopped by a server telling us we couldn't sit there as the table was reserved. We walked over to another table that was partially shaded and I asked the server if it was ok for us to sit there. He said yes, so we sat down. It had dawned on me that I didn't have my credit card on me, so I told my friend to order a drink for herself and I will run back to the spa and get it. I had gone back to the spa and then came back and she still had no one come to the table to take her order. I flagged the server down and he came over and asked what we wanted. I said well let's start with a menu of what's available. He handed me the one menu he brought over and said so what can I get you? I said I need to actually look at the menu and my friend said she would also like to see a menu. We each ordered a cocktail and he took my credit card. We told him we need to look over the menu more before we could give him a food order. He came back 10 minutes later and took our food order. After waiting for 20 minutes now with still no drinks, I finally had enough. I got up and walked over to him and asked how our drinks were coming. He was delivering drinks to everyone that came after us, but we were still waiting. He said he put the order in, but the bartender mixed the order up. I said you know what, we've been waiting for 25 minutes now and I think we've waited long enough. I told him he could just cancel our entire order. He still had my credit card, that I had to wait for him to find to give back to me. The manger just happened to be standing there and saw everything. Her name was NAIS LOPEZ. She was so very kind. She did everything right that made what could have been a very bad experience and turned it into a positive one. She asked us to please stay and she personally took care of us. She asked where we would like to sit and we told her we really wanted to sit at the table in the shade that the server had told us was reserved. There was still nobody sitting at that table. She knew nothing about a reserved table. Nais said and did all the right things and it was a very pleasant end to a perfect day with my best friend. Completely scammed at this spa......up selling facial services is normal but said I wasn't going above a specific price & was told we can make that happen- then gave actual cost/ sheet to sign after performing all the services- twice the agreed number- when I complained - was given a referral card for a % off and told she would get in trouble if anyone knew & the total was still double my agreed amount- BEWARE!!!! read more

Every now and then, I don't mind paying for luxury. I booked a regular mani/pedi at Si Spa for $175. That's right. I paid $175 for nothing special. They told me to arrive early to relax. I assumed that meant I could use the spa facilities. Nope. They didn't even hand me a robe. Just told me to wait in the lounge which was freezing btw. I sat on a chaise for a half an hour at 8:30am. I would have preferred to sleep in. The manicurist retrieved me and showed me the limited Essie color selection. The better colors/organic were in a separate rack. She explained there was an upcharge for them. Huh? She tried to use a glycolic peel on my hands which turned out to be a bad idea. We ditched the idea so I thought for sure I wouldn't be paying the full amount. Si Spa doesn't even have nice pedicure chairs like the ones in regular salons with massage features. You sit on wood built ins with a cushion. It's not comfy. When I went to check out, the receptionist told me to hand over $175. I explained that I didn't have the peel. She noted that the manicurist gave me a hot stone massage instead so its still $175. I guess she's referring to a few lukewarm rocks passed over my legs. Seriously? The manicure chipped and peeled within a few days. Although the staff is perfectly nice, SiSpa is a disgusting rip off. Buyer beware! read more

I won a contest on their facebook page. The prize was a complimentary signature massage. I thought that maybe the massage wouldn't be that great because it was free for me, but wow was I impressed! Monica was fabulous. She added just the right amount of pressure to my neck, upper back and shoulders. I had been there once before and this massage was amazing. I am asking for her next time I return for a spa day. I decided to go ahead and take advantage of the fact that I was already there, so I booked a facial with Claudia. The facial was amazing too! What a great experience all around. The only downside was that right next door there is major construction going on to build a condo. If you're by the pool area I can see it not being that relaxing hearing all the construction noise, but there are two pools, the infinity pool and there is a pool in the back which has a slide for the kids. The infinity pool seems to be the pool that you can see and hear more of the construction. Other than this issue, I had a great time. You get access to their beach and I took advantage of that as well. What a gorgeous and relaxing day. I will definitely be returning. Thanks for my complimentary massage, Sispa! read more
