It's been 6 weeks now and we still don't have the certificates in the right place because Kathy mailed the cremains and the certificates together and we had to turn around and re-mail the certificates to the right place. Yes they gave me a refund and an urn but still to this very day I feel like I failed my daughter. I wish I had never took the recommendation from that Nurse. I do not recommend this company.
