So when I called to fix the incorrect information, the "customer service rep" said that the price I was quoted was incorrect and that I would need to pay an additional $50 cash when I was picked up. Um, NO. I told him to cancel my reservation and refund my payment. He said he couldn't do it and cancellations could only be made via email. I emailed multiple times and FINALLY got a confirmation of the cancellation. This business made me nervous, so I also filed a dispute with my credit card company. I am glad I did because they never actually refunded my payment and are now disputing the refund my credit card company issued and claiming that I used the services and never asked for a refund. What a headache.
