I went on line to just to see the huge price for a replacement shoe, then to another repair shop to be asked for a 2-week estimate (for a missing bolt dude?), then ended up at Camtron. The owner asked me for a few minutes since he was busy with another customer. After a short wait and his examination, he went to his amazing stock of bolts and nuts and found the missing replacement bolt in matter of seconds and installed it. It cost me $1.20, which was 20 cents for the bolt and $1 for the labor, and a couple of hours round trip. Vacations saved! He also had in store a collection of used and repaired rarities like a few Nikonos I should have digged in at that time. He also tended me a pamphlet for a local photography exchange weekend event where I actually found my long-searched Nippon Kogaku 1.2:1 55 mm in pristine condition for a little money. I still use it on my F3 and D200 in manual mode. I think this business is now closed for years since I cannot find it anymore in the yellow pages. Too bad!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAMERA HERE! This guy definitely has the worst customer service that I've ever…read moreexperienced. He makes you feel like you're not the customer. Even upon bringing my camera in I felt like I was being lectured about my camera, as if I should know everything about a $200 camera...and that's after having to wait for him to finish a ridiculously long conversation with the customer before me, who obviously couldn't wait to get out of the store. Also, I work overseas, and I dropped my camera off, which was not ready until over a month later...it takes two weeks for an estimate. After I called for an estimate, he told me how much the camera would cost to fix. I came back to the states and called about my camera, and he told me that cameras not picked up within 90 days are likely recycled, which is somewhat understandable, but I wish I had been told this when I dropped it off. He ended the conversation by telling me that "it had been junked"...followed by a click. Why would you give a repair estimate and then later say it was "junked"...it sounds like a lame way of trying to cover the fact that you sold it to another customer.

They are incredibly warm, talented people who truly care about the end customer. Matt shot both of my sisters weddings and James mine. Both are extremely professional, funny, and GREAT with a camera. I don't think I saw James once on my wedding day in the best way possible. I never felt uncomfortable because he never shoved a camera in my face; he blended into the background, worked great with our photographer, and the end results are stunning. If you're looking for a videographer, Lifetime Films is as great as they come.

He explained all of the different packages and helped me select what was best for our needs; he didn't try to upsell anything, he just listened to what we wanted and helped me pick the best option for us. Several weeks before the wedding, my dad passed away unexpectedly. Matt and his team did an amazing job making some pivots in our original plan and capturing the true joy of our day. In our final meeting the week before the wedding, he really listened to what we wanted, how I was feeling, and what I wanted included and excluded from the video. He captured several beautiful tributes to my dad without making a single part of any of the videos anything other than joyful. I am thrilled with all of them (sneak peak, ceremony, reception, getting ready, and bloopers) and am so in awe of how authentically he captured the day. Matt and his team blended in seamlessly and captured so many details and hidden moments. I cannot recommend him and his team enough if you would like a truly unique, personalized wedding documentary for a fantastic price!!

Ana did an amazing job photographing our wedding at my family home while getting ready, during our ceremony at Our Lady of the Rosary, and at our reception (the Oscar Event Center). Ana and her coworker showed up on time to all locations, was professional, and had a great personality that was easy to get along with. She made sure to take photos of all requested family and friends and there are so many wonderful photos of my husband and I. I would recommend her for any wedding. Picture turnaround was also great!

Anamedia is by far the best photographer I have ever worked with. Based in the Cincinnati area, she does everything from portraits, weddings, or corporate events. What to expect? In regards to prints, some say "you have to be in love with a piece of Art. It will be in your house to look at every day, it's kind of like picking a mate..." You will quickly fall in love with Anna and her work. Both professional, and inspiring. A+.
