Horrible Experience - Waste of $1,200!…read more I wish I could give zero stars to Sculpt! I spent $1,200 on laser hair removal for my shoulders, and not only did it not work, but now I have more hair than before! This place is a total scam. I followed all their instructions, yet the results were the complete opposite of what they promised. The technician, Nataly, performed my treatments, and it was clear she had no idea what she was doing. The whole experience felt rushed and unprofessional. If their laser actually worked, I wouldn't be dealing with this mess today. If you're thinking about going here--DON'T. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and wasted money. This place is a joke.

In particular, Mariah, the agent who called me, was so kind, helpful, and informative throughout the entire process. Even after it was determined by the LaserAway nurses that my eyebrows were not the best fit for their services, she took the time to answer all of my questions and really broke everything down for me in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, I genuinely appreciated the transparency and efficiency of LaserAway, instead of being pushed into something that might not work well for me. Mariah gave me a great first impression of LaserAway and I would definitely reach out to them again for any other cosmetic services in the future!

Wow. Just wow. I…read morescheduled a consultation with this company because I was genuinely interested in laser hair removal. During my call with the representative at (480) 542-7002, she explained the pricing and began recommending package options. I told her I wanted some time to review the pricing and think it over before making a decision. Instead of respecting that, she became increasingly pushy and pressured me to commit on the spot. When I said I wasn't ready to make a decision, she responded, "It seems you're not ready," in a dismissive tone and continued trying to pressure me into purchasing a package. I politely explained that I would review the numbers on my own and could schedule an appointment later if I decided to move forward. She clearly didn't like that response and abruptly hung up on me. I called back because I thought we had been disconnected. Instead, the person who answered pretended she hadn't just spoken with me and hung up a second time. I got a call back asked to speak with the representative I had originally spoken to, but they refused to identify her. I also asked for a corporate customer service number or an HR contact so I could report the incident, and they refused to provide either. That level of accountability--or lack thereof--is extremely concerning. They said HR is only internal for customers. The level of unprofessionalism I experienced was shocking. No potential customer should be treated this way simply because they want time to make an informed financial decision. This experience made it feel like the priority was making a sale rather than helping a customer. Very shameful conduct from a company that expects people to trust them with their business. Do better.

When I complained about being sold products they don't even have, they treated me horribly and blamed me for them not having it in stock -- how does that even make sense? They've claimed to be "working on a resolution" for months, but now I have to file formal complaints and disputes just to get my money back. Even when Katrina from LaserAway reaches out, it's just BS and no real action. Records I paid for still haven't been sent. I even got a fraud call pretending to be corporate and had PatientFi accounts attempted in my name without consent. I'm switching to a real plastic surgeon and medspa -- this place is just a scam. They use predatory sales tactics, bait-and-switch practices, and scam-like behavior. I agree with all the other bad reviews -- they're right. The people leaving good reviews just haven't seen their true colors yet.

I first came in because I was struggling with adult acne, and the treatments really helped improve my skin. Even after my acne cleared up, I kept coming back for regular facials and different laser treatments. I like that they don't just offer the same treatment every time--they continue to invest in new equipment and recommend what they genuinely think will help with my current skin concerns. What I appreciate most is how attentive they are. They really listen to what you're concerned about and take the time to explain everything. I never feel pressured, and they truly care about providing quality service. If something can be adjusted to give you a better experience or result, they're always willing to do it. You can tell they want their clients to leave happy. Right now, I'm on my second whitening package with their Pico laser. After two pregnancies, I was left with quite a bit of pigmentation and dark spots. I've noticed a real improvement in my skin--it looks brighter overall, and many of my spots have faded. My complexion just looks much cleaner and more even than before. Finding an aesthetic clinic you can trust for almost 10 years isn't easy, but Misarang Beauty has been consistently professional, caring, and honest with their recommendations. They focus on long-term skin health rather than trying to sell unnecessary treatments, and that's one of the biggest reasons I've stayed with them all these years. I highly recommend them if you're looking for personalized skincare and people who genuinely care about helping you achieve healthier skin.
