The wax was a very good price and will go up a little in January but it's one of the cheapest that you'll find in the area. It's been a long while since I've had a wax and it hurt way less than what I thought it would. The only thing I didn't love was that there was a few hairs missed around the top and in the back, and a bit of wax left over - I had a brazillian, and I understand that it can't be done perfectly but there's still wax stuck in the undies that I was wearing on that day.

I was in the salon and it looked different but the moment I stepped outside my hair was orange and extremely chunky. She said she had 14 years of experience but it sure didn't seem like it! She left it on too long after telling her my hair is fragile and to put in perspective, her herself has chunky highlights and she asked if I would like them more chunky like hers or natural. I obviously responded natural and showed her MULTIPLE references photos. By the end on of the stylists was like oh it's chunky like yours when that's never why I asked for. I sent her a very respectful message and got a great response back however when I kept explaining the issues she would read and not respond my messages, which I thought was disrespectful considering what she had done on my hair!
