I did find someone who did an amazing Job. She did absolutely fantastic. Her name was Chanda. She was the best I've had so far. It's just difficult when the artist isn't there consistently. My best tip is to call before you go if you are really particular about your brows to see who is going to be there working. We could tell they were serious about cleanliness. I took my mom for Mothers Day, and we both truly enjoyed it. The staff were kind and welcoming. Once seated, they offer you a drink. The drink options included wine, variety of sodas, or water. My mom and I had a Tropical Pedicure. Another few minutes pass and she comes out and asks me to wait until after the 6pm. Which would be 45 min, it was currently 5:45. Needless to say I did not wait. I understand I was running late but why not reply to my text or call me back or be waiting for me to get there. Rita is good but this experience was not. I hope in the future she values her clients time as she wants us to value hers.
