He took the time to do the work correctly instead of looking for shortcuts like some other past firms that I worked with, and when a couple of unexpected issues came up, he stayed until everything was resolved and working perfectly. What I appreciated most was how down-to-earth and honest he is. At no point did I feel like he was trying to upsell unnecessary work. Instead, he explained what truly needed attention, what could wait until a future project, and gave very fair and honest pricing. That kind of transparency is hard to find these days. You can tell Luis genuinely wants the best outcome for his customers. He takes pride in his work, communicates well, and stands behind what he does. I will not hesitate to call Luis for any future plumbing needs, and I highly recommend that you do the same!!

Our house was…read morebuilt in the 1950s, and when our shower knob literally shot out of the wall, I knew we needed an expert. Plumbers are like good mechanics: when you find a good one, you hold on to them. Greg was incredibly responsive, providing clear guidance and several options for the upgrade we needed. His brother, Christian, performed the vast majority of the work, which involved opening the wall and redoing the pipes. Christian was fantastic--extremely conscientious and professional throughout the several days he was here. I especially appreciated that they always wore protective booties to keep the house clean while moving in and out. The pricing was very reasonable, and Greg even connected us with a skilled tile professional to repair the wall afterward. This was a huge relief and saved me days of DIY frustration. The tile specialist was equally trustworthy and even returned the same day I called to touch up the grout. It is a rare find to have a team that does the job right for a fair price. I highly recommend Greg and Christian!

They didn't have a camera so want able to source the issue. With that created a project on yelp and Yellow Bee Plumbing was by the first one to contact me. They might not have the most reviews (yet) but they were prompt, had professional equipment, and fair pricing from what I've compared. Showed up the next day in the morning, performed a snake and camera inspection and we found the problem. An old drain snake tool was buried in sludge on the drain pipe wall and needed more than a drain snake. Proposed the descaling and hydrojet to clear the stuck part and got it scheduled to come out later the same day. They came from across LA County during rush hour so they are awesome! After performing the descaling and hydrojet, it cleared the broken tool and it's been over a week now and not a single clog. Was getting tired of the sewer smell. There is more work to be done just due to the condition and age of the drain pipe which they provided pricing for. Would recommend for future plumbing work.

When the plumber arrived, I walked him through the problem. He didn't seem to do much troubleshooting and appeared to be guessing what the issue might be rather than thoroughly checking. He quickly told me he was going to call his boss, Albert Diaz, for further guidance. After the call, he came back and began checking other faucets, but still only inspected one bathroom, even though the two bathrooms back up to each other. He gave me estimates for a couple of options he recommended. Because of how long the work would take, and because he had arrived late, I told him I would reschedule. Shortly afterward, I received a call from Albert Diaz asking what had happened. I explained my interaction with his plumber and told him that I felt the plumber was guessing and that I didn't feel confident or reassured by his diagnosis. Albert apologized and explained that the plumber was new and that he would work on additional training with him. I genuinely appreciated his response because I was simply providing honest feedback about my experience. The conversation changed when I began clarifying the estimates I had been given. It turned out that the plumber had mixed up the quotes, so I was trying to make sure I correctly understood the pricing. I asked, "Just to clarify, it's $500 just to run the camera through the toilet?" My intention was simply to confirm what the $500 charge covered--not to minimize the work or suggest that it wasn't worth the price. Albert appeared to take offense specifically to my use of the word "just," as though I was downplaying the service. That was not my intention at all, and I attempted to explain that I was only confirming the pricing, especially since I had already been given incorrect information. After that, Albert asked who had referred me to him and then told me that he would not be providing any services to me. I found the way the situation was handled extremely unprofessional. As a customer, I should be able to ask questions and clarify an estimate--especially after receiving conflicting pricing--without the owner becoming offended or refusing service. I was initially appreciative of Albert's willingness to listen to my feedback and address the training issue, but unfortunately, the way the conversation ended completely changed my impression of the company. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company based on the customer service I received.
