And it is an obvious difference, not subtle. Not one where you need super human eyes to see. And when I called, a woman who should never be allowed to answer calls and deal with customers told me very rudely "what do you want me to do about it. I cant fix it and your item is ruined." I explained that i am not an expert in embroidery, they are. And if someone tells me that I wont be able to tell the difference, then i believe them.
