I'm so impressed by Showcase Renovations! Ofir was our contact person, and I appreciated the great communication all through the projects. He was always available to chat when I had any questions. They honored the initial quote and finished the project ahead of schedule, and it was QUALITY! The teams that came in are super hard workers. They accomplished a lot in a short period of time. Can't wait to hire them again for a couple more projects that need to be done. read more

I can't say enough great things about Showcase Renovations. The fence was falling, the fake grass we had was a terrible DIY project and the yards were dilapidated from the front to the back. After much research I found Showcase Renovations! Ofir (pronounced "O-feer") was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, answered all questions and communicated with us throughout the project. Available by text for any questions or concerns. The teams were excellent! Fast workers, quality work, they absolutely beautified the yards. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. The pavers, vinyl fencing, new artificial grass and retainer wall came together beautifully!! Highly recommend. 10 out of 5 stars. read more

If you're looking to remodel your yard, use this company. My wife and I were searching for a company to replace our uneven and choppy 55 year old concrete patio and pool deck. Ben came out on a Sunday to go over the project and listen to my concerns. Ben was very easy going and a good listener. We had a few specific and difficult requests and Ben did a phenomenal job in his execution. His crew was clean, hard working and respectful the entire time. His pricing was fair and he was such a pleasure to work with. I would absolutely recommend Ben and Showcase. read more

We hired Showcase Renovations initially to replace our pergola, and we were so pleased with Ben and his team that we kept adding more jobs: side paths with pavers, turf, fencing and gates on each side of the house; fenced enclosures for our pool equipment and AC unit; and finally exterior paint for the entire house. Ben was great to work with, always responsive and helpful, and his crews were professional and friendly. We did major home renovations all summer, using many different contractors, and Ben was the best of the bunch. read more

A massive shoutout to Showcase Renovation and the rockstar crew under the leadership of the one and only Ben! I stumbled upon these magicians right here on Yelp, and let me tell you, they turned my backyard dreams into a reality that's straight out of a chill paradise. My wife and I bought a home and wanted to get turf and a drip line for our trees. Roy responded to my yelp inquiry within an hour and was able to stop by for an estimate the following day. During the consult, he brought numerous types of turf to show us. He walked us through how long the process would take and the advantages/disadvantages of each type of turf. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Upon receiving his estimate that same evening, we decided to go with him and his team. We got 3 estimates and all were very comparable, but his knowledge and timely communication/response time put him above the others. We definitely recommend him and his team. 10/10 read more

As a follow-up to my previous review, this company deserves every star of a 5-star review. They were not only the low bidder, but their work is exceptional. I initially contracted to install pavers to replace my driveway and front and back yard walkways. I was so pleased with the results that I contracted them to replace my concrete patio area in my pack yard. Couldn't have worked out better. This is definitely a go-to contractor. 2000 sf in 4 days. Astounding! read more

Top notch backyard remodeler. Roy and his team did my entire backyard, side yards, and driveway. The scope of work was vast but they managed to get it done in a timely fashion. The level of work and attentiveness to finish was fantastic. Would definitely use them again! read more

We recently completed the full remodeling of the house and were looking for a landscaper to finish the front and side yards almost from scratch. By using Yelp's functionality to reach out to contractors to get a quote, we identified several landscapers to interview. We decided to go with Showcase even though their proposal wasn't the cheapest (but very reasonable). We became very comfortable with Ben (the owner) because he provided us the detailed and clear proposal. He communicated the status throughout the project in a timely manner. He was very hands on and we didn't have to worry about anything. We were very happy with how the project went. Once the front yard was completed, we had several strangers knocking on our door asking the contractor's information! Look at our beautiful yard and thank you for the wonderful work, Ben and his team!! read more

*Update* - Switched from 2 stars to 5 since Ben contacted me and had the problem areas regarding our unfinished tree area and the flooding area due to improper leveling repaired. After contact the tree was fixed immediately and the re-grading was done after the rain and the ground dried up. I will see if the new grading worked but for now it looks like it is all aimed in the correct direction. Ben made good on the work his employees did and he made sure that we were pleased as homeowners. I definitely would give Showcase another shot at a different job. read more

Sadly, these pictures do not do justice to the beautiful, tedious, and excellent job Showcase Renovations did! I started out with several bids and noticed that not only was Showcase Renovations very reasonable and competitively priced, but their quality of synthetic grass and customer service was quite impressive to say the least! The owner Ben worked very closely with us and communicated every step of the way! He's very trustworthy and dependable in contrast to Some of the slime balls that showed up to sell us crap at outrageous prices! His crew was very polite, hard working, and courteous! Was excited to work with them, and Roy seemed super cool and helpful, but after our initial visit/conversation, they never followed up or responded to my email, text and calls. Couldn't be happier with my new green backyard! Ben was amazingly kind & professional. The project went smooth. The price is definitely better than any other estimates I received, and the quality is very high, so high that it looks completely natural! My main concern was if it's pet friendly, since I have multiple dogs and my dogs absolutely love it! Ben was very patient & explained to me all the benefits of synthetic turf and why it's better than regular turf which is way too expensive to maintain, not always green, I'm no longer spending hundreds on watering my backyard every night and gardening services) Totally recommend! Now my grass is always greener than my neighbors! ;) read more

You will not find any other team that is more professional than Ben and his crew. From the day I contacted Ben for an estimate up through to the final day of our walk through, Ben and his crew have been easy to communicate with, gives creative feedback, is realistic with timelines, and the most polite group of workers I've encountered. People that have already been to my backyard have commented on its beauty and realistic look. The turf is top quality and has been given numerous thumbs up by many of my friends and family. I would give this staff more stars if possible! Highly recommend! Update...I completely forgot to mention how Ben and his crew fixed a few minor issues in my backyard which was NOT listed on the estimate...they went ABOVE AND BEYOND what was expected!! read more

Wow- could not be more happy with their patient process and the final finished work. So many compliments from neighbors and strangers walking by. Plenty of options to pick from within ranges of prices and looks. Ben was very knowledgeable and not 'pushy'. Liked that. I recommend after looking at swatches, finding past jobs to go visit. Only way to visualize. We wanted it to look real so went with denser, longer, less 'green' and uniformed. Yellow, brown sprigs and variations. Love it. read more

We had our grass installed about 6 months ago and I have to say it's the best decision we made for our back yard. It never got sunny enough during fall and winter and was always muddy and gross. I felt like my children were not getting the best out of our backyard because of it. So we called a few different people but really liked showcase renovations for many reason. One being the price point. Needless to say on intuition on these guys were spot on. Our backyard if absolutely beautiful thanks to them. They did everything in less than a week. It's been nothing but good times since. The only regret I have is that we didn't do it sooner. It's literally a game changer. read more

I first got in contact with Showcase Renovations when a client of mine needed to re-landscape her whole backyard. I made an appointment with the salesman to meet on-site that very next day. He was on time, discussed for my client all of the different options that were available & was able to give us very competitive pricing on the spot. My client even ended up changing some of her ideas because of the insight that Ben had given us. After finally agreeing on the pricing, Ben was able to get my client a 3-D rendering of what the final look would be like. We were very impressed, to say the least! Finally the installation date came around. Ben and his team did excellent work, completed the job in the time frame they promised, and did not come back with any hidden charges or extra fees! I reached out to Ben after yelp suggested he might be a fit for a stone wall project I was working on in the garden. In our initial phone chat ben gave me a ballpark price and promised to followup with a detailed proposal. The proposal I received was a fair bit more $ than the ballpark range I been had given in the phone and was lacking in details like what type of stone material was included, breakout of labor and covered install work, it felt like there was a lack of thoroughness. When I followed up to ask those questions I was meet with what I considered to be a defensive and mildly antagonistic reply and no answer to the questions "what is your hourly or per sq ft rate." I decided not to proceed with Ben. I've been through several home project processes on Yelp from attic insulation and electrical, to plumbing to landscaping with no problems but this overall experience was unpleasant. I got the impression that this project wasn't important to Ben based in part on the information that it was too small for them to drive out to estimate in person ($6200 was his quote), perhaps your experience with a larger project will be better! read more
