This Showcase in a Cinema De Lux (similar but modern to the Attleboro location) The facility is very clean and d spacious. Every employee I encountered was polite and informative. Each theater had ample recline seating with a mini table for anything you purchase from concessions. I would definitely recommend this cinema to others.

Yay to the new seats! This cinema has a very nice makeover. Compared to apple cinemas- showcase wins in comfort. These recliners are comfy and you melt into the cushion- (apples seats were a bit hard.) You can pick seats online and print out your pre-paid tickets at any number of kiosk. Of course you can still buy tickets as walk-in. Bar area has nice drink options, which I highly recommended as you lay back in your comfy chair. Also- you can totally swap seats if you don't like the ones you chose, just ask the usher to change them for you. It's hard to judge a good seat from the internet.

The theatre recently became part of the Spectacle Live family, which also manages the Jane Pickens Theatre in Newport, and several other performance venues across New England. We were here for Sean Healey's Celtic Christmas show earlier this week, and it was a great experience. We arrived for the 7:30 show at about 7:10 and went very quickly through the security line and the ticket checkers. AS the Brown University shooter was still at large, it was comforting to see an increased police presence at the show - The theatre is in a "good" neighborhood with no reason for extra security, but given the recent events it was great to see they were taking their patrons' safety seriously. The seats in the theatre are very comfortable and even have cup holders. It's a small to medium sized venue and there's not a bad seat in the house! It is connected to a lounge/bar, so there are plenty of drinks available that youc an take in to the concert area. Bathrooms are plentiful, and are on the same level as the seating area, and there is a large paring lot across the street behind Cranston City Hall that is free for concert goers to use in the evenings. Rolfe Square is in walking distance, with many dinner choices nearby. If you haven't been to the Park before, definitely check it out! It's a quality theatre with a great lineup of events!

He should have evicted them, it was not handled at all. We asked to speak to someone and he just left us in those (not our seats). It ruined our night so far. When it was finally addressed during intermission the squatters stated they knew the were in seats they did not pay for that did not belong to them for this performance. They reluctantly exited our seats but kept Stating they could sit wherever they wanted to. No, seats are selected and paid for it is not open seating. Their rudeness and nasty comments that staff overheard but again staff did nothing at all. Basically the park theater isn't a place we'd like to visit again due to this really negative experience, we don't recommend it. The staff then allowed the squatters to continue to heckle us. Honestly those (squatters) people should have been escorted out and the Park theater manager should have compensated us-tickets to a future event or such. This was not handled well at all.

If that aspect of the business isn't specifically advertised, it can be a bit off putting for someone who doesn't know what they're walking into. Our biggest issue stems from that fact that this place took pictures of my children and put them on their social media. My wife reached out via chat on Instagram and was ignored. My wife called the business and talked directly to the owner and was met with indifference. She said that the Instagram account was ran.by someone else and she would reach out before pushing my wife off the phone. It was eventually removed and replaced, sarcastically, with a picture of my children with yellow smiley faces blocking them. The Instagram account also blocked my wife who only asked for the pictures to be removed. It wasn't until after this that we saw that she also posted pictures of our children to FACEBOOK and those weren't removed. We tried calling again, during business hours, and the phone was off. So I went there and spoke to her myself. I explained to her that putting images of children is against Rhode Island law. After making me wait, she got on her own phone and all of a sudden had access. She deleted the pictures and I went on my way. I don't recommend this place unless you're a religious zealot looking to spend the afternoon with an insufferable Karen who thinks breaking the law is ok because she's "always done it."

It both felt safe, as security searched my purse, and I noticed actual police presence, while being highly efficient. At intermission, I was impressed by how efficiently the women's bathroom line moved, particularly as we were seeing a female-audience heavy show (Suffs). They had staff directing traffic upstairs and separate lines to people moving. We were seated in row PP, so I'd actually recommend splurging for the better seats, because this is a theater where it matters to your show experience if you're closer. You'll see better and feel more immersed in the show. Actors and show quality were very impressive and I don't recall seeing as many venue staff in Boston theaters as they had here. After this experience, I'd prefer to go into Providence for theater moving forward to going into Boston.

But what comes of letting our hurt take up too much room inside of us? Does every empty space always need to be filled? Or sometimes, is it all right to let what is hollow stay hollow? Loosely inspired by a true story, One Providence Place is an original 90-minute musical dramedy about art, grief, family, and the most carpeted mall in America. The space- Black Box: The Black Box is a nice little space nestled all the way to the right of AS220. Enough to fit about 30-40 audience members. Every seat is a good seat and it has it's own bathrooms. The play: It was more drama than comedy. I was not expecting that. After re-reading the description, they advertised it as dealing with grief and it was more a play about exactly that. I wanted it to be more comical and closer to the actual story. It wasn't my cup of tea but Kudos where judos is deserved. Someone had a vision and they went after it!
