After seating ourselves and being greeted by a server (unfortunately I did not capture her name), we both opted for the fish and chips. I can't recollect a time when I had a bad experience with a fish and chips order, so I was optimistic that we were in for a treat. Less than 15 minutes later, two large plates consisting of four fish planks and a healthy serving of fries were being delivered to our table. Biting into the fries I thought, "these are hot, but taste like nothing." To obtain some form of flavor, I had to douse them in ketchup. Hoping that the same did not apply to the fish, I took a bite of one of the planks...no flavor as well. To give it some form of flavor, I had to saturate it in vinegar and use a healthy serving of tarter sauce. I understand that some restaurants are hesitant to pre-season food due to various preferences and allergies. However, I have never consumed food that tasted like what I would imagine the flavor of paper would be. The customer service was good...but if this was an indication of how their other meals taste, I can't honestly say that I could make a return visit.

Everything is done through a QR code and your phone, and I personally prefer having an actual server. The few employees we did interact with were really nice, though. The food was okay, but like most airport restaurants, definitely overpriced. I wouldn't come back specifically for the food, but I would come back for the atmosphere. Good music, and so many cool things to look at. My favorite part was the take-a-book, leave-a-book area. Such a cool touch and perfect for an airport when you have some time to kill between flights!

It looked like a studen'ts notebook after a full year in grade school. We ordered a strawberry lemonade. Normally, my daughter will drink anything. It tasted like chemicals. Since two of us ordered two different types of benedict, the server came with sharper knives. She then WIPED THEM CLEAN with a towel hanging from her pocket. 20 min. later we got our order. Well 2 of us did. Mine was the wrong item so had to send back and they had to make me the correct one. No apologies from our server. We then had to ask for a third place setting. The server got it and when my daughter was using the benedict knife, the server took it FROM HER HANDS and gave it to our friend since she was eating french toast. The food was not good. The french toast tasted like dry bread coated in eggs. In other words, it hadn't soaked up any of the batter. My benedict's hollanaise sauce was in fact, some weird cheez-it mixture... it was orange and congealed. Let me add that it was a Monday at 9:30AM. It was NOT busy. Unfortunately, our experience was a little more conflicting than what we had expected. I ordered the steelhead with potatoes and seasonal vegetables, while Dan ordered the crab mac and cheese. We started with the crab toast and paired everything with a Coke for me and their Tropical Tea for Dan. The drinks were good, and the crab toast was even better. Dan really enjoyed the crab mac and cheese as well. Unfortunately, my entrée fell short of expectations. The steelhead itself was good, but the rice substituted for the potatoes was hard and clearly undercooked, and the broccoli was also quite hard. The rice was offered as a substitute because they were out of potatoes, and I have absolutely no issue with a substitution--especially in an airport. But when you're paying $120+ for a meal, the sides should still be properly prepared. One other thing to keep in mind if you're traveling: we had our carry-on and personal bags with us. We were asked not to place our belongings on the nearby tables. We noticed that guests seated at some of the surrounding tables were able to use nearby tables and high chairs for their belongings, so the policy felt a little inconsistent from where we were sitting. Overall, our review reflects our experience, which unfortunately left us disappointed and feeling like the meal didn't live up to the hype we had seen online. The fish was good, the starter was good, Dan enjoyed his entrée, and the service itself wasn't the overall main issue. It was primarily the quality of my sides and the overall value that left us feeling let down. That said, maybe it was simply a bad day for them. We're not saying this is necessarily representative of every visit, but based on our experience, we left feeling pretty disappointed after having such high expectations.

Our server was amazing. Attentive and friendly. We ordered Calamari and Crab Mac n Cheese. The Calamari was great, tender and full of flavor. The crab Mac was just ok, It was bland and not a lot of flavor. It definitely has potential just needed basic salt and pepper and maybe some seafood seasoning because it really didn't have and flavor even the crab.... Other than that we enjoyed our time there and if we are ever back in Seattles airport I wouldn't mind coming here to try other menu items.

Wish I got a second scoop of this one The coffee bar staff and wait staff were all friendly. This lounge gets crowded so seating was tight even with the bar stools.
