Hidden gem locally. Best burger around! The onion rings are definitely the best around as well.

This was my first Buc-ee's experience and I was in a bit of a rush so I was worried. Once there I…read morekept driving all the way down and thought I was going to have to come back the other way but luck was on my side and pump 38 was open. So I parked and went in! I went in and prepaid for a few gallons since I just filled up in Cincinnati. I also got a little container of milk to mix with my cold brew coffee. It was $1.88 for a pint container, which would be $3.99 at a 7-11. The checker showed me pump 38 before ring in to make sure it was my car. I also had a chance to use the restrooms and they were clean and had a full time attendant cleaning and removing trash. Like others have said, this place is ginormous!! I will try to hit a few more locations when I'm out and about. Hopefully you enjoy this place too!

Typical Buc-ee --Service/Staff-- Staff varies per store. No complaints with their service. --Products-- Love their coffee and inexpensive gas. Restrooms are also a bonus. --Capacity-- I believe they hold over 300 plus people in the huge gigantic store. --Overall-- Recommend for their fuel, restroom and coffee. Be warn that traffic can build up and can sometimes be difficult to find a fuel pump during peak hours.

I ponder the question as to why this store is still operating. The issues this building struggles…read morewith directly stems from the lack of quality leadership and experience. Karisa, a morning "Boss" is a great example of how a business will suffer if you don't have the right people in place. I can tell without even looking at the books, this locations profits and customer ratings are among the worst in the state. The only reasons they stay afloat is because of supply and demand, as well as a sick community funneled into there doors. If I was an owner in this company, I would dig into why business seems to be failing here in every aspect other than filling prescriptions. Karisa is extremely rude and a horrible face for the company when it comes reflecting competent leadership

Not sure who the pharmacist is on duty today, but the young gentleman needs to take customer…read moreservice classes. Normally my prescriptions are ready and easy to pick up, but today there was a complication with insurance and my copay card. The two women dealing with it were trying hard to figure it out. While I was extremely frustrated I told the second lady that I wasn't mad at her, just the situation because I needed my meds before going out of town. I never spoke to the pharmacist, but as I was leaving upset he laughed and told me to "have a great day". I know this sounds innocent, but it was passive aggressive sarcasm. I let it go but had to return inside after speaking to my copay card provider who reset it and said try again. I was coming down the aisle and made eye contact with the pharmacist who turned to the lady who waited on me and said "she's back" rolling his eyes. I said "yes I am because I still need my medicine". Be nice! How hard is that? Especially when he wasn't even included in the prior transactions. Again the lady was kind and tried to get the insurance to run and I left to allow her time to make phone calls to remedy it. But I went to my car in tears feeling as if I was a joke and less than a human because of the way the pharmacist treated me. He is supposed to be setting an example and he was completely out of line. Walgreens needs to do better training realizing you are providing a service to people who need what you have and also no one knows what someone else is going through so again be kind.
