Back in the day, I use to work at a poke place in FL so I was excited to give hidden gem a try! I ordered the regular poke w/ spicy mayo & 4 toppings... my total for this poke "bowl" alone was $23. Yes, $23. As I'm sitting there waiting for my poke to be made, I look at the menu again... Large poke bowl w/ 2 FREE toppings Why wouldn't the staff let me know about that as I was ordering? I would have 100% gotten the large w/ 2 free toppings had I known. This owner needs to teach their staff on how to upsell, or even be decent communicators. Poke was mediocre, if you think about how much as paid, makes it even more mediocre. I'm glad I came here without my family first as I would never come back here. To the owner - do better. To the staff - smile, maybe? Talking to the customers is not bad, we don't bite.
