Randy handled just about everything we needed to complete our long-distance purchase. I can't imagine how we would have handled all the steps needed to make this purchase without him. P.S. Randy didn't know but while he was handling our purchase I was back in the hospital, and it was a relief to know I had him out there working for me at a time when I had much more important things to be concerned with. We were looking to start our family and were in the market for a larger home to do that. The market that we are in is a very strong sellers' market. Not only did he make sure that he was available to show us homes around our work schedules, but with little to no notice as well! When we found our dream home, he not only put an offer in, but also added a good word or two about us. WE GOT IT!! Well needless to say, we also used his services to sell our old home which he came the DAY we were ready for pictures and listing and got all of the work prepped ahead of time so that he could list the property the minute we were ready! Well, we had an offer for way over our asking price THE SAME DAY OF LISTING and if that wasn't amazing enough....we closed within 30 days and we didn't even have to make another mortgage payment on the old house!! He is amazing and treated us like family through the entire process! We HIGHLY recommend him for all of your real estate needs whether buying, selling or both!

He followed up, always communicating, and making it very easy on us to execute during a busy family life and holiday period! We have worked with him multiple times over the past 20 years now and I wouldn't work with anyone else! The only disappointment we have and it isn't Ed but rather the industry as a whole is how the evaluation of property value is done. When there is a sale of a home, magically the value is approved and makes sense most of the time. On a refinance, no one seemingly "fights" or stands up to a pure numbers game without any consideration to the condition of the home or upgrades needed or improvements made etc. this was quite disappointing and something I feel like the industry can do better for customers with.

We have been in our home in Volo over a year now, so I figured now would be the opportune time to write one after the passage of some time. Tyler and Stewart were nothing but professional during our first time home buying process. It was an incredibly stressful time for us, as we were moving during the height of COVID when the market was in an absolute frenzied pace. We went through 6 offer letters and countless home showings before we finally hit pay dirt. I am also not ashamed to admit that we went through 3 other real estate agents before we landed with Tyler and Stewart. Our previous agents simply could not keep up with the demands of the market. Things were moving very quickly, and we needed an agent that could respond rapidly when we were ready to make our move. For example, the house we decided upon was only on the market 5 days when we wrote the offer. The closing for our home went smoothly and Tyler and Stewart could not have been more helpful in dealing with the litany of paperwork and details involved leading up to that point. Buying a house was the most stressful experience of my life to date, and I was thankful to have a partner in E-Signature that was able to mitigate the stress and keep things on an even keel. I seriously doubt my family will be in the market again anytime soon. We love the area, the kids love their schools and our neighbors are terrific, but I would not hesitate to turn to Stewart and his team again in the future should the need arise.
