Stewart Ramirez and I worked together for a period of 11 months (June 2017-April 2018) to find a home for me. Stewart understood clearly from the beginning that which I was looking for. Unfortunately the market was not as giving in producing the home which I desired -- a ranch home with an open floor plan and a 3+ garage in what was a limited geographic area. Stewart connected me with his MLS listing service that identifies and describes homes on the market but especially homes as they appear to the market; between that and my own searches on Trulia, Zillow and Realtor.com, we identified many home candidates along the timeframe mentioned. Stewart was very responsive in facilitating my viewing of each home -- quite often the same day or at the latest, the next day; Stewart was always physically present for each showing and any revisits that he scheduled for me. Finally, "my new home" appeared onto the market. Once again, Stewart got me in to view the home on the first day of listing, then for a revisit on the second day, and he presented my offer to the Sellers on Day 3. Stewart represented me well while keenly negotiating for me and by Day 5, the Sellers and I were signing a purchase agreement. Thereafter, Stewart recommended a qualified home inspector who got in quickly and with the aid of an equally efficient attorney who Stewart also recommended, I was able to close on my new home in 30 days. All in all, and while it took some time for my new home to appear onto the market, my time and association with Stewart were ones of a most pleasant experience with an experienced professional who I felt was always acting on my behalf. I cannot state enough good things about Stewart Ramirez and how he presented and conducted himself in service to me. When we learned that our family was going to be expanding, we knew we needed to move out of our small apartment. We began to looking at homes on Zillow, and just out of complete luck were assigned to work with Stewart. This was the first home buying process for my wife and I, and we had no idea what to expect. After meeting Stewart, we were both put completely at ease. Stewart felt like an old friend that I had known for many years after the very first encounter. Success !! Each and every step I took with Stewart and his team was a success, especially in the middle of a pandemic. I would whole heartedly recommend Stewart. I can't say enough good things about Stewart and his wife Jodie! We wanted to up-size our house and had to buy and sell at the same time, and found Stewart through Zillow to help with the process. On the buy side, he was very knowledgeable about... pretty much everything! school, home modifications, market trend, legal, etc. He was also very responsive and willing to accommodate with our schedules for the showings, and we ended up with a house that checks all the boxes. I found a condo that I liked online and then, booked an appointment to view, I was connected with Stewart as the realtor for the showing. Stewart sent a number of other similar properties on the market through a database called connectmsl.com. that allowed me to create a number of appointments in one day. The connectmsl.com was very convenient site. If you are busy -- it sends emails to you with properties that come on the market providing all the information from the listing including pictures, you can choose like maybe or not interested or simply delete the email. After viewing about 10 properties, I decided that first property I viewed was the one but wanted to think about it. Stewart was patient and did not pressure for a decision. Selling a home is hard and the best thing I could've done is work with Stewart and his team. He first brought in a staging and organization professional to help us decide how to arrange furniture and what to keep or not to make the house look huge.
