I asked how long he would be because I had already waited 20 minutes and asked if she could call she rudely responded that she did not know because she was not with him (Chris) so I asked her what she wanted me to do.. she told me to wait there. After 35 minutes I called the office again, this time the lady in the office said she was going to be doing the showing even though she was not supposed to after 10 minutes she called me back and said that the owner would be doing the showing because Chris was not answering his phone .. 5 minutes later the owner showed up and after 50 minutes I was pretty upset and let the manager know that I was and how unprofessional this was that we got stood up both days and he apologized and told me this never happened before and said that was all he could do for me. I do not recommend renting from this company if this is how they handle showings imagine renting from them!
