They stock warm inner wear and boatshoes. I find their boatshoes very expensive, and would only buy them there during a sale. There's all manner of hooks, ropes, twine, loops, and and all the kit you can need on the water. There is also an interesting selection of books on themes nautical and they also have charts and maps which show shipping lanes and currents. I think this is an interesting shop for anyone to look around, and they are very useful too.

When I telephoned Piplers I thought the customer service was terrible, I was fobbed off and patronised on the phone yet i was being so polite. The site says we will endeavour to dispatch the same day: Not true, My order was sent in on a Thursday night via the web & payed for, so it should have been sent out Friday, but the grumpy man on the phone said it was sent out on Monday, what damn shame.

DO NOT USE THIS CON MAN!…read more The worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Josh at AJ Marine is a joke, he is the reason I have been without a boat for an entire year. He had my boat for an entire year, excuses and excuses as to why the work wasn't completed as requested such as "my girlfriend beat me up" to I need a "second opinion" Invoices with made up figures and costs that don't add up. In the end I had to get my boat back that had been left in a field, covers ripped, engine exposed wires hanging out...... police called BE AWARE He is an absolute joke!
